首先比較乾淨，床啊地面啊都是，也沒有什麼氣味。前台服務也挺熱情，晚上睡覺非常安靜，睡眠質量高。早餐也非常不錯，花樣多，味道好，尤其那個酸蘿蔔，特別爽口。唯一有點缺點是裝修風格偏舊了，但是這個價位住這樣的酒店已經非常哇塞了，比同等價位的漢什麼庭，格什麼泰，都要好。

我和小姐妹喝了酒，不願意回家，就在附近找了一家酒店，對於我這個比較挑剔的人來説，這次體驗非常不錯:1、趕上開業，大廳裝飾非常漂亮，漂亮的花束讓我忍不住還拿了一朵玫瑰🌹香氛味道讓人心曠神怡，滿意。2、酒店前台小姐姐服務非常好，很熱情，總是面帶微笑，很親切，酒精的刺激讓我不知道怎麼訂房，小姐姐耐心的幫助引導，很暖心。3、房間內乾淨整齊，讓人眼前一亮。4、凌晨打電話到前台讓松拖鞋和牙具，幾分鐘後，居然是很有禮貌的機器人送來的，

She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the mall next door has some food and coffee options. The bed and pillows in the room are comfortable making for a restful sleep. There is a little noise from the nearby road, but it is not very audible and quiets down a lot at night. We contacted Yazmin in advance before checking in and she was very

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

CCody SoodeenUpon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately.
During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly.
The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine.
For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day).
In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
