My stay here was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to Ray at the front desk! Check-in was quick and efficient upon arrival. He was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the process, proactively informing me about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and local transportation options. His demeanor was both gentle and professional. When I needed a car service last-minute, Ray promptly and thoughtfully arranged it. His service was perfectly balanced and discreet, truly embodying the attentiveness and sophistication you expect from a high-end hotel. The room quality was excellent, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant.

My stay at this five-star hotel in Menghe was an absolutely terrible experience, leaving me feeling disgusted the entire time. When I went to use a glass to make tea, I found disgusting curly hair inside – the room's hygiene was completely unacceptable. Everywhere I touched, there was a layer of dust. To make matters worse, I left my ID at the front desk when I checked in. While on the phone with the front desk when they called me about it, I shockingly discovered a used condom under the landline phone! I've stayed in countless hotels, and I've never encountered something like this. Even a basic budget hotel wouldn't be this bad, let alone a star-rated one. I immediately called the front desk to have a staff member come up and address the issues, but I waited a full fifteen minutes with no one showing up. The front desk even had the nerve to ask if I had a problem! Would I call them if I didn't have a problem? The response efficiency was incredibly low. This whole experience completely ruined my plans. I am extremely disappointed with this stay. For anyone planning to stay here, I strongly advise you to inspect your room thoroughly before checking in. As for me, I will definitely not be choosing this hotel again.

During the May Day holiday, we stayed at the Wenmu Hotel in Menghe Town. The hotel is quite upscale, and our check-in experience was very pleasant. Housekeeper Wang Ying was exceptionally service-oriented, warm, and attentive. She proactively looked after our needs, making us feel right at home. I'm leaving this review to encourage them to keep up the excellent work. We'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The service and parking are both online! Lulu at the service center was incredibly kind and registered my license plate super fast. The automatic recognition for entering and exiting the parking lot is a huge plus for guests traveling by car. This "instant license plate registration" convenience really saves a lot of time and hassle. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good. Excellent experience overall, I'll definitely be back!

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to this high-quality hotel! The lobby has a great design, and the scent is really pleasant. The room layout is well-planned, the workspace is spacious, and the Wi-Fi is super fast, so I had no trouble dealing with emails. My favorite part was the huge floor-to-ceiling window with an amazing view. The toiletries smelled lovely too. Lulu, one of the staff members, arranged a room with a great view for me in advance and also set up turn-down service. Her service was very thoughtful; she left yogurt and a sweet note, and there was even late-night porridge. The breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly ground coffee was delicious. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel valued, and the fatigue from my business trip instantly vanished. Highly recommend!

The biggest surprise during this stay was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. Lulu, in particular, was incredibly professional. She answered all my questions fluently and without the slightest hint of impatience. She meticulously verified my information during check-in and even proactively upgraded me to a quieter room type. The luggage storage process was also very well-organized, efficient, and orderly throughout. It's the little details that make all the difference, and this hotel's front desk truly excelled in every aspect.

Returned to this hotel, and Lulu from the customer service center proactively asked about my preferences beforehand, arranging a room I was very happy with. At check-out, she also promptly asked about my stay – such service absolutely deserves full marks! The freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast and the local snacks were an amazing surprise. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the minibar was refilled promptly. This kind of service, which focuses not only on sleep but also on your taste buds and leisure experience, is just perfect. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

A truly satisfying stay! The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout that made me feel comfortable right away. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, almost overwhelming with choices! Besides local specialties, I especially enjoyed the crispy, fragrant, and subtly sweet sesame cakes, recommended by Angus – a big thank you to him! They also had freshly ground coffee, making for a truly enjoyable meal. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel super convenient for both business and leisure. Definitely worth a second visit!

Oustanding service, great breakfast. Clean and helpfull staff, from aranging taxi’s to doing laundry. Will definitely be staying at the Wyndham hotel again!
