Always as good as ever. The staff were very enthusiastic and attentive during meals. The only downside was that there were still many people smoking in the lobby. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator into the check-in lobby, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of smoke. I still wouldn't recommend it for families with young children.

Super good location for my business, but it was tough to talk in english. Chinese speakers mainly.

The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with all amenities provided, which was a pleasant surprise upon entering. The staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to requests and offering help and guidance. This was my first time in Changzhou, and it definitely left a great impression!

On a business trip to Changzhou, I found this hotel to be very good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. Downstairs, there's a 'Pegasus' (or 'Centaur' in Chinese), which I'm not sure if it's a signature feature of Buckingham Palace hotels, as I saw a similar design in Hefei. Check-in is self-service, and there's a 24-hour self-service restaurant downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing a bite. The price is also reasonable, and there are many restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Before leaving, you can scan a QR code at the front desk to register, and parking becomes free.

The room felt very luxurious, and it was exceptionally clean. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Five-star rating!

I've stayed at the Buckingham Palace Hotel countless times, and I always feel compelled to give it a thumbs up 👍. This time, however, was the most expensive and worst experience I've had. I didn't realize how small the room would be when I booked it, and I was shocked when I saw it. The bathroom was tiny. I tried calling the front desk to request children's toiletries at least a dozen times, but the line was either busy or no one answered. I eventually gave up. I probably won't stay here again on my next visit to Changzhou. I hope the Buckingham Palace Hotel in Hangzhou from the 5th to the 7th doesn't disappoint me as well 😅.

Although it looks a bit old, the kids really enjoyed it overall, especially the bathtub. It was a good choice for the National Day holiday. It's a bit far from Changzhou Dinosaur Park, so it's best to take a taxi.
