This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

I had a chance to stay in one of the private villas. It was very relaxing, quiet, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and service was responsive. We brought our dog and the hotel is very pet friendly, providing a bed and food bowls. I really enjoyed the private hot spring and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

首日入住歡迎水果:一進酒店服務人員就遞了濕巾，還送了歡迎水果 環境：酒店雖然時間十多年了，但是打掃的比較乾淨，但是歐式的裝修自然能體現出他的豪華， 設施：設施大多數比較老舊。有些出現脱落，應該及時維修以及更換！ 服務：服務絕對是他們家的特色。服務貼心，沒有你想不到，處處服務員都給你服務到位了， 水果，送小孩的玩偶，小童的洗漱套裝，還有離店的水果，礦泉水。 早餐也很豐富，還有特色的****做的飛餅， 真心很推薦這家！要是硬件能跟上服務，那會有更多的稱讚！

二刷厵村 這次不帶小孩自己開車來，是另外一種體驗感 工作人員依然熱情 衹是這次沒有采摘券了，沒有跟上次一樣帶很多東西回去哈哈哈 運氣不錯遇到了開會所以又蹭到了篝火晚會，這把是在草坪上唱到歌了 大鍋土灶玩過一次了再也不會玩了，排油煙的太差，嗆得人都呆不住，又熱；旁邊兩個幫忙的阿姨態度奇差，兩個鍋怎麼用也不提醒但是做菜都時候對放調料要指手畫腳，體驗感極差 寵物友好是真的，因為人少車子少修狗撒丫子歡都行 工作人員有求必應，保潔阿姨人也超好，對小狗子超級友善，等果子熟了再來
