A Gem in the Old Town: this Homestay charmed me with every detail.
Flower Building Artist Homestay isn't just a hotel, it's a storybook escape in the heart of the old town. Free upgraded room, delightful decor, and the friendliest staff made me feel welcome from the get-go. Explore the city on foot - everything steps away!
But this Homestay truly charmed me with this attention to detail: snuggle-worthy pillows with neck support for the perfect night's sleep, tiny tea cups for the local mountain tea - a delightful way to unwind after a day of exploring, a sweet goodbye gift - a reminder of the hotel's warm hospitality.
These thoughtful touches, along with the charming owner, make this homestay a 5 star experience I highly recommend!

Location is very convenient around the ancient city, it is a short 3 min walk from the road, but I think it is fine as it is away from the cars and motorcycles. Room is clean and cosy.

My favorite room is the large windows. The sunshine is particularly warm in winter. The room, bedding, and bathroom are clean and warm, and there is an elevator. I chose this place specially. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Archway Street. I passed by the alleys and saw the fireworks of ordinary people. I really liked it.
The restaurant recommended by the store is authentic and can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We all chose to walk there so that we could eat more while digesting.

The location is very convenient near Pailou Street. Each room in the four-bed room has its own space, which is very comfortable. The owner of the B&B and the young man are kind and friendly.
The only thing that needs improvement is that the toilet has no solid wood door and no exhaust fan. When turned on, the stench is trapped in the room.
