We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. Strategic location, a 5mins walk to the ancient city.

Great clean and modern place, fantastic location walkable to the lake and the gate street. Loved the rooftop, good for photos, watched the bridge light show from there. Nice staff, friendly to us foreigners too. Would stay again!

Great stay at Chaocheng! The friendly staff really made our stay (especially 小张/小许). It's alittle further from the main area (Guangji Bridge etc) but still very walkable. Being near a didi pickup point is a plus

Walking distance to 牌坊街, the main tourist attraction in the area. Great service and lovely staff. Bed is not as comfortable but location is perfect for a 1 night stay.

This new hotel (opened in 2023) is in a great location for exploring Pia Fang Street and Zhong Shan Road. It is located right at the north end of Tai Ping Street. Also only a few blocks from the river and the old city wall. We had a family room for 3 of us, one room with a queen bed and an adjoining room (no door) with a bunk bed. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We even liked the short walk down the street to the Hotel breakfast canteen. There is also a lovely East Lake coffee shop around the corner. Our only complaint was the beds were hard.

It was my first time to travel to Chaozhou. I chose this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The service was completely in place, and there was also a specific travel guide. If there was anything I didn't understand, the front desk girl would tell me in detail. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever seen, no doubt about it. The overall feeling of the room is also very OK, especially there is a rooftop with a great view! !

The location is great, right in the old city area, and it's very close to Guangji Tower, Paifang Street, and Kaiyuan Temple. The room is newly decorated and very nice. The front desk lady also shared local food and scenery tips on the day of check-in. It was a very pleasant trip, and I will come again next time!

I really like the overall high-end Hermes orange of the hotel. The projection bed is very affordable and smells really good. The room is clean and hygienic. It is great to entertain friends who come to travel to the ancient city, and it is convenient to travel!

I took my family out for a holiday. This hotel left a particularly good impression on me! From the service to the facilities, it was excellent. The hotel is in an orange style. There is a photo-taking wall at the entrance. The front desk lady also gave toys to the children. The whole family was very satisfied. The breakfast was a local specialty. The Chaozhou rice rolls were delicious! The hotel also provided free water and fruit. The overall feeling was very good!

The hotel is at the end of Paifang Street, quiet in the bustling city, with many restaurants and snacks. The hotel rooms are elegant and clean. It is very pleasant to go to the rooftop with friends to drink tea and look at the room! The front desk and room service are very good, and the front desk fruit is free to eat. In short, the accommodation experience is very good. Next time I come to Chaozhou, I will choose to stay here again. It must be a five-star rating! 👍
