Ulasan Chaozhou Taian Tang Ruiting Western Suburb Hot Spring Hotel

Location is off, not convenient as need to take Didi out to town. The place is rundown, hotel room container is empty not topped up with shampoo and shower gel. Used my own instead. Seems this is operating at 30 percent or less. 1st room given to us on the 4th floor smelt like it has not been occupied for a very long time, furniture and all is very old defunct like and no Aircon at the corridor walkway. Asked to change rooms which they did, thankfully. No food or restaurant to order food. Need to go out and buy or order in. A simple breakfast was provided the next morning. Tried the hotspring no but big deal not sure how frequently they change out the water in the hot springs, hygiene concerning. Mosquitoes everywhere. Had to pay for the usage of the hotspring though I booked a room there. If rejuvenated it would be a nice place to attract visitors. Peaceful & quiet place to get away from the crowds.

Hotel could not find my booking (booked by trip.com). It took more then 45 minutes for me to get room. Room big but not clean. cockroaches are in bathroom and inside room.

This hot spring is absolutely amazing! It's a real natural hot spring. The water is so hot that it's smoking. I heard that the mineral content is super high. My skin is slippery after soaking. I love the Chinese medicine pool the most. When I soak in it with the aroma of medicine, I feel that my Ren and Du meridians are opened! The hot spring experience at night is directly enshrined. When the small lights by the pool are turned on, there are twinkling lights on the water surface, and then I look up at the sky full of stars - my god, this is too romantic! After soaking, I feel soft and slept as sweetly as if I had fainted at night. I can't be woken up even by thunder!

Hey~ The service here is super nice. The spring water is clear and transparent, as pure and flawless as a newly blooming flower. People can't help but indulge in this warm spring water and feel the gift of nature.

There is a big gap between the facilities and the positioning of a health hotel. It is far from the city, making it difficult to get a taxi and the tolls are high; the surrounding area is almost entirely rural with only a few restaurants, and the hygiene conditions are worrying so people are reluctant to eat in, and it is even difficult to order meals; the hotel's hot spring health facilities are outdated, which is equivalent to an "unfinished" project - there was an overall grand plan in the early stages, but it was not completed well. The hot springs are outdoors and three-dimensional, which is a great design, but there are actually only 2 to 3 springs to soak in! First, many areas were not in use. Second, the temperature was too high and the water did not flow. Third, there was inadequate management. At night, there was only one outdoor staff member and one shower room staff member there, and only boiled water was supplied. The room facilities are old, similar to a guesthouse, there is a shortage of management personnel, and the overall feeling is empty and lazy; there was nothing left when I arrived for breakfast at 9 o'clock, and it was very ordinary after I had it; there is no beautiful environment and facilities of a resort around, and if you want to stay healthy, you can only get some fresh air.

The hotel is far from the city, so it's troublesome to get a taxi. The hot spring pools are not fully open, maybe because of the small people staying there! The fat brother at the front desk provided first-class service and was responsive, which was worthy of praise👍👍👍

Tai'antang Howard Johnson Hot Spring Hotel is indeed well managed and operated in a grand manner. It is located in a quiet area with good air and high forest coverage, making it suitable for hiking, drinking tea and spending time. It has a rich breakfast, a hot spring scenic area, and a Qilin Pavilion.

The hygiene was worrying. The syrup on the table stained my things as soon as I entered the door. It was obvious that it had not been wiped. The floor and wash basin were not cleaned either. Hairs were clearly visible. I didn't want to ask for anything, so I cleaned it myself! Fortunately, the quilt was changed. Water was leaking out of the gap in the bathroom door.

The facilities are old and the supporting facilities are very poor, not as good as Hanting. The breakfast is a mess and the price is too expensive!

The facilities are outdated, the service attitude is poor, the price is expensive, the room 1508 is very bad, the breakfast is not good, the bathroom is leaking, they don't offer to change rooms, and the hotel has no culture. All that is left is the former glory. I don't know how Ctrip platform evaluates this price?

The room is very clean and quiet, good for business trips and vacations
