This was our first stay at this hotel. We were very impressed with the whole experience! The room was large, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were all friendly. Well done!!

Unfortunately, they were short staffed the morning we were there and started running out of everything at breakfast. Apparently, they replenished a lot of things after we had left, but by then we were already leaving and it was too late.

Would have been nice to know before arrival that the hottub had been filled in a long time before this, as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. The lady at checkin even acknowledged that its still on their page as being open. She seemed genuinely sorry but nothing she could do. Hotel is near the hwy so there is road noise but its clean and comfortable. Wont return

We would not recommend a stay here. Upon arriving at the hotel, we noticed that the hotel was surrounded by quite a few homeless/street people. This made us feel quite unsafe especially when the side doors that require a key are propped open. Once we got inside our room, we found the previous occupant’s underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. This made us question if the room was actually cleaned before our arrival. There were finger marks on the bathroom door stained on. Also the drawers and cabinets had missing or had broken handles. Upon leaving the next morning we came across and homeless/street person helping herself to the continental breakfast. The staff did not notice or did not care. Overall the stay felt very unsafe and unclean. I find it hard to believe anyone would rate this stay as exceptional to good.

We stayed 5 nights and the rooms were never serviced. I took the trash out and had to request clean towels consistently throughout the stay. I booked 2 rooms and this was the same story for both rooms

The hotel is so close to the highway that you could feel the hotel shake when the trucks went by. Plus, the hotel walls and floors are so thin that you could hear the people upstairs walking, the neighbors flush the toilet and you can hear their entire conversations. Not to mention the hotel is very dated so it makes it feel dirty and gross. This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in, in a long time.

The check in process went very smoothly, which I appreciated because of a long day of driving. The facility is clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issue I had was that my key to my room did not work on the side entrance of the hotel. I notified the agent at the front desk about this and they said they would have it checked the next day. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area in the future..
