Overall pretty good I was not a fan of the lack of complementary breakfast. You literally have to pay for everything that’s good I suppose for an overall better hotel everyone knows you get offered complementary breakfast when the hotel is kind of trashy.  this was a Nother hotel previously and it wasn’t a great one. Honestly all they did was slap some paint on it and call it new.

Not the nicest check-in experience. Charged $15 to check in early. Even if it was 5 min. Charged $5/day parking. I guess providing parking is a special request... I have seen this before at some locations at much nicer facilities in bigger cities but not North Charlotte. Charged the $100 hold even on a Credit Card. First time I have experienced that one. Probably will not return.

Nice hotel comfortable close to my restaurant and easy to go out

Staff is VERY RUDE. They don’t know how to talk to people whatsoever.

It was fine. Had an issue with our initial room but they fixed it though we ended up with a king instead of two kings. Parking was not free as posted on the listing.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff was welcoming and very helpful… I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend staying here !

Other guests were loud but cant control that. Ants in the room so dont leave any food items on tables. Hotels should not have carpet. Housekeeping only tried to come once.

This was an amazing hotel being that i came from New York it was a little inconvenient because i wasn't driving must have a car took uber twice right up street spent 44 dollars. Bring everything withyou and its perfect customer service is amazing

This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. At check in we were informed that there is a five dollar charge for the privilege of parking in a hotel that I'm paying to stay at. The bed was the hardest mattress I have every slept on. The website shows the bathroom has a wand shower head but it has a regular shower head. No continental breakfast as shown on the website. No hair dryer. After 10 PM someone kept knocking on our door. When I called the front desk the guy laughed and said it's just someone lost. The next morning when I told the front desk about it, the lady laughed . Defiantly stay far away from this hotel

Everything from check in until the time i checked out was amazing. Great service and place. This is one of my favorite places to stay in the area.

Hallways to rooms were filthy! Bathroom sink fixture was almost falling off sink as it was so loose

Everything was pretty standard, my only complaint is that housekeeping woke us up at 8:30AM despite us having a tag on the door.
