Ulasan Quality Inn & Suites Airport

Interaksi dengan pekerja adalah menyenangkan. Kemudahan rata-rata baik untuk sebuah hotel. Pengemasan adalah menarik - membuat satu katil apabila terdapat dua di dalam bilik. Lokasi agak mudah - kira-kira 20 minit dari semua aktiviti yang dilakukan oleh parti saya di Charlotte.

The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

I decent “overnight” hotel at a great price. Great shuttle service and next door to Cracker Barel restaurant.

到達機場以後，打電話給前台安排穿梭巴士。機場車很多，認準quality inn的logo。距離機場10分鐘車程。好幾個服務人員是印度老鄉，中規中矩。

這個酒店離夏洛特機場非常的近，酒店有穿梭機場巴士，但是你需要提前打電話去預訂，他們會安排時間過來，酒店的管理人員是一個印度小哥，基本的設施還是不錯的，附近也有超市比較方便，可以買東西非常適合轉機居住。

飛機晚點，衹能在機場附近住一晚。酒店Shuttle很方便，記得早上趕飛機提前預訂。酒店房間很大，但是感覺衞生和設施方面做得不太好，有可能是價格相對偏低的原因。

很不錯！乾淨空間大，還有免費接送機場服務。

After several phone calls to the office and waiting over an hour and a half for the free hotel shuttle we finally paid for a taxi and arrived there at 1130 at night. Dingy run down type hotel, a place to sleep and shower. Don't trust their shuttle. It's about five minutes from the airport. I wouldn't stay there again, there are other nice hotels in the same close proximity to the airport and their shuttles were running back and forth all the time we were standing around waiting.

The afternoon worker was extremely rude, sexist and unhelpful. He never followed through with anything that we requested. There was a leak in the closet of the room, and the tub was dirty. the service was horrible. The only nice person we interacted with at that hotel was the guy who checked up out this morning. We got there and there were three flat pillows in the room and we had to request more pillows and another blanket, then when they did bring a blanket five hours later there were what looked like blood stains on it. We requested a different one and they never brought one. On the website it was advertised that there was a pool and room service, we got there and there was neither. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew as well. We had to leave early partially because we had something come up and partially because of the absolute lack of quality or service.

It was very comfortable and clean! Everything was in order and I felt comfortable enough to get a good few hours of sleep before shuttling back to the airport.

Our room had a horrible smell, which was caused by rotting food left in a drawer. Sketchy interactions in the parking lot.

We had stayed here, about 5 years ago and it was clean. Now there is trash all in the parking lot. The rooms were dirty. Bugs crawling everywhere. Hair in the bathtub. We will not stay here again.

My whole experience was very satisfying i would definitely seek out this place to stay in any future travel
