Bon accueil, chambre en adéquation avec le prix, bien situé. Concernant la restauration, le petit déjeuné y est bon, et s’efforce de ne pas faire de gaspillage. Malheureusement le week end le restaurant est fermé ce qui est dommage et étrange vu que nous rentrons par grand nombre du futuroscope avec une fringale inégalable.. Dommage pour eux. La partie jeux/bar est agréable, et disponible quasiment toute la journée. Une navette serait à prévoir pour aller au futuroscope, en service supplémentaire bien entendu. Bonne playlist à l’accueil, bravo dj.

A very good hotel, lovely staff, good infrastructure, the rooms are well equipped and it's very well located. The breakfast buffet was great too, a lot of choice, hot and cold. We didn't get enough time to check out the swimming pool. The parking can be limited in high season but not blocking.

This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

Really nicely refurbished Novotel at Futuroscope. But… the restaurant was closed - we got an email a couple of days before arrival - and the alternatives offered were all about 2km away so not really walking distance. (Fortunately the Ibis opposite had a decent bar menu going.) When we came back from a long day at the Futuroscope park, the manager couldn’t have been more rude when we asked if the bar was still open to buy the kids some drinks (it was 2340). So… lovely hotel, poor service.

Nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was small but adequate for a dip. Kids enjoyed it. Walking distance to Futuroscope. Maybe 15 minutes walk. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Ate at the restaurant. Good value and nice food. Friendly staff. Bar had some family games like cluedo which was a nice touch and kids enjoyed that. We didn’t pay for breakfast but found a great little cheap and tasty boulangerie across the road. Really recommend that to sit in for breakfast. Staff spoke English at reception and cleaning staff did a good job. Would stay again.

Most times we are just travellers/tourists going through! Like seriously what more do people want?! (I mean those with scaring comments & reviews) i luckily have stayed in big hotels around the world and I can’t say less about this one. Professional and clean services. the bedsheets were clean & breakfast was great too. etc… It’s not a brand new hotel yes, but who said France is a brand new country?! We good! Will definitely stay there again next year by God’s grace. Xoxo

SALE ! A EVITER ! Arrivant à la chambre nous constatons que les toilettes ont une odeur dégoutante, niveau toilettes publiques pas nettoyées pendant des jours. Impossible de laisser la porte ouverte et d'y tenir plus de quelques secondes. Nous demandons à changer de chambre et expliquant à la personne de l'accueil la raison. Il n'était pas très surpris et nous a proposé une autre chambre. Même constat dans la nouvelle chambre, toilettes avec une odeur exécrable d'urine, comme si c'était nettoyé avec un torchon pissé. Clairement l'hôtel ne maintien pas un standard d'hygiène minimal. On décide de partir (prise d'hôtel à la dernière minute après 21h €€€) et on demande un remboursement à l'accueil, la personne prend nos coordonnés et nous garanti que la direction va nous appeler. A noter que le carnet de ”dysfonctionnements” était bien rempli. Personne nous appelle et maintenant ils refusent de nous rembourser le séjour car ”ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre”. Chambre également sale que la première. Si vous cherchez une chambre modeste, fonctionnelle mais propre, FUYEZ DE CET HOTEL. Clairement la direction pense que pas cher correspond à un manque d'hygiène et que le client à qu'accepter et se taire. Du jamais vu.
