If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. The laundry room was also perfect for me. There is a room with 3 sets of machines especially for ladies. You can sit in the sofa area looking at the The public room outside

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

The air conditioner is not cool, even after the staff checked it. There is a microwave and an ice machine. The front desk staff can speak English, Chinese and Korean very fluently. No matter where you are from, you can easily communicate with them. All in all, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it.

This property not linked by Airport Limousine . One needs to take airport limousine to hotel Vessel Campana .With lighter luggae a walk 15 minutes to hotel .Option is to take a taxi 600 yen to the property . Limousine during day time took above 2 hours . Taxi costed Yen 5200.00 and less than an hour . Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.
