I kept emailing daily asking how to check-in, but customer service only responded by asking what time I'd arrive and if I needed parking. In the end, I waited 40 minutes at the entrance before I could check in. Actually, customer service could have easily told me beforehand that upon arrival, I just needed to dial 3 on the phone at the entrance to reach the housekeeper. I eventually had to get Ctrip to contact the housekeeper for me. If the check-in had been smooth, I would have had a much better experience. This apartment is big, clean, and very quiet, with complete facilities, including kitchenware and a washer/dryer. Finally, a heads-up: don't expect to walk if you choose this apartment. We always took a taxi, and it still cost 900 JPY to get to American Village.

Great location and spacious rooms, but room 401's AC made a strange noise on the fourth night, and room 303 had issues with internet login. They handled the problems immediately after I reported them. However, I contacted the hotel multiple times before check-in regarding my stay but received no response until the day before I arrived!

Before arrival, I received a message asking about my check-in time and if I needed parking. However, on the day of arrival, I still hadn't received any check-in instructions. Luckily, I ran into a staff member who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent and clearly well-designed. However, the bed was a bit too soft. Not only did the bed frame creak, but it was also uncomfortable to lie on. The location is great, especially for those who are driving. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Very spacious and clean apartment. A bit difficult for the check in . But you will have everything u need in the room . Nice place to stay but a bit far away from the American village

Loved the locality of this place. Parking had to be paid for, but was convienent enough and clean. Amenities like the washer and dryer were excellent as well.

The room was clean, and having a car made it convenient to get to American Village. The dryer was a lifesaver for washing swimwear. Although some parking spots were a bit tricky to maneuver, having a designated parking area was very helpful.

We were staying there for 3 nights. The owner is lovely and welcoming. We also rented a car so they let us park there at a fair price, and while the location is not walking distance to many attractions, it is surely central enough with a car. I would highly recommend

The location is okay, not too far in and within walking distance to a convenience store. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the room itself was very nice and clean. I really liked how quiet and peaceful it was

Room was of great size and all basics provided for 2 people. Location is central to our needs. Beds were hard as is typical in Japan.. suggest extra pillows as the small ones provided were no where near good.. Overall great for price and location.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was large.

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Only problem was the check in is until 9pm!!! 😌

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!
