The location is okay, not too far in and within walking distance to a convenience store. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the room itself was very nice and clean. I really liked how quiet and peaceful it was

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Only problem was the check in is until 9pm!!! 😌

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

The TV is great, lots of space to shower and bath in the toliet, we can even clean our clothes, it was a good experience.

It's a good value for money for three people. The location is a bit of a walk from Ameville... It's been so hot lately, I'm a little nervous. ㅜㅡㅜ I wish they had bike rentals. ㅠㅠ The air conditioning is a bit weak. Avoid it in the summer.

It was clean and had a great view. It had a washing machine, dryer, induction stove, and kitchen appliances, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

There were two of us staying in the room, and the room was spacious enough. It was equipped with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, which met the requirements of traveling with children. If you drive, you need to pay extra to park in the parking lot downstairs.

I accidentally injured my foot on the way to the hotel, but unexpectedly I received great help from the staff who assisted me in checking in that day! Thank you very much for this little brother! I was really moved and wanted to cry! All communication was through email, including check-in matters, access control, and check-out, which was very smooth. Before arriving, I encountered a traffic jam and was worried about exceeding their 6:30 off-duty time. However, after communicating via email, the staff told me not to worry (I arrived at 6:00 in the end), thank you! Although it is a bit far away from the American Village (about 20 minutes’ walk, or you can take a taxi, about 700 yen for reference), this store is very close to the place where I learned to dive, and it is a very quiet place. Thanks again to the store clerk who helped me on October 6th! Thank you for making my solo trip to Okinawa a wonderful memory!

If you really need to check in, confirm the entry password and method before you go there. You can't contact the landlord by phone there, it's completely impossible!

The B&B is very close to the American Village, and there is also delicious HAMA sushi nearby. The apartment layout includes a washing machine and dryer, and the bathroom is also very spacious! Will visit again when I go to Okinawa!
