The entire check-in process was self-service, which was great for a late check-in. However, we might have been staying in a separate building this time, and the directions weren't very clear, making it quite a hassle to find our way. Aside from that, our stay was mostly satisfactory, and the place was clean. A minor point to note is that the detached building only has three parking spaces, and if the first two are occupied, parking in the third can be quite difficult. The infinity pool is beautiful; it would be even better if there were changing rooms. The location is convenient, close to American Village, so you'll never have trouble finding a restaurant.

The self check-in had a Chinese interface, but I still found it a bit confusing. After getting the password, the door wouldn't open when I entered it. I later realized I might not have been strong enough. Parking is first-come, first-served! Once you get your room number and password, you'll also receive the range of available parking spots. The room was super spacious, with one room having two queen-sized beds, and the living room having two queen-sized beds plus a tatami area. In total, there were two and a half bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of six. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The area has convenient amenities nearby, and it's close to American Village. The balcony was also very large!

This is the best apartment hotel we've stayed at in Okinawa. The environment is clean, the space is spacious, and the location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to American Village. The hotel pool is open until 11 PM, which is super awesome 👍 and lets the kids burn off their extra energy 😂

Overall, the hotel is pretty good, it's just that the room is a bit small! Also, make sure to get the check-in code in advance! It took a long time to find the email, but the environment was quite clean.

very spacious room with an extra bedroom and bathroom. There are 4 beds and 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms so it’s very convenient for families. All self service for check in and check out , quite easy instructions given.

Highly recommended for self-drivers and large families. Free parking is available. The unit has four beds and three tatami mats, two toilets, two showers, a washing machine, and a dryer. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and more. The overall environment is very comfortable and exceptionally clean! Self-check-in was very straightforward. After filling out the personal information provided by the hotel before arrival, you'll receive a code the day before check-in. Once you've uploaded photos of all guests' IDs, you can access your room. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find Gyukaku BBQ, ramen shops, conveyor belt sushi, and convenience stores.

1. Room space and facilities: The space was very large, and there were enough beds (4 beds + 1 tatami room). 2. Suitable for self-driving travelers. 3. There are two buildings, and it's easy to go to the wrong one. 4. It's a bit far from convenience stores and Kokusai Dori. 5. I didn't receive the check-in code or QR code, which took some time during check-in.

The location is good, close to American Village. There's an izakaya downstairs for late-night snacks. However, the hairdryer is weak, and there's only one private room, the others are open-plan, so it can get a bit noisy with multiple people sleeping.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to amenities. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure, and the toiletries had a pleasant scent. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall environment was relaxing. It's a highly recommended accommodation choice.

The room was clean, and even though I stayed in a different building, I was able to use the pool, which was great! The location is also good. I'd love to stay here again if I come back to Okinawa.

The rooms are quite spacious, so it's perfect for groups traveling together. Parking wasn't an issue either. Plus, there's a swimming pool available, which is one of my favorite features! 🤩 I'll definitely be back next time.

On the first night, someone else parked in our designated spot, but thankfully, the staff eventually sorted it out. The hotel's location is excellent, close to American Village with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient whether you're driving or not. The room was generally clean, though I did find that the sound of children running around, likely from families staying there, didn't stop until late at night. @.@
