Very nice hotel. Spacious room. Just it’s very time consuming when need to scan and fill in everyone‘s passport for self check in.

The location is also convenient and easy to find. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. The room is big enough, 2 toilets and bathroom. Suitable for many people! The hygiene situation needs to be strengthened, with garbage that has not been cleaned properly, rubber bands by the windows, hair and contact lenses on the floor, and garbage in the toilets. There are cigarette butts on the terrace.

It was so good. It was okay for a family of 8 to stay there and the location was good. The pool view was also really nice~ The only downside was that the motorcycle noise was really loud. I'll rest well~

The scenery is beautiful both during the day and at night, the room is very clean, suitable for all ages, it is worth returning to the hotel. If I really want to be picky, it is that I can't send my luggage from the airport, which is great~

Overall, it was clean and well-used! The space was spacious and it was enough for many people to stay together~ However, the check-in code did not come by email, so it was a bit difficult to check in at the beginning~ At night, from 11 PM to 12 AM, the sound of motorcycles was often loud and the sound of footsteps from the upper floor could be heard right away~ Those who are sensitive, please take note. I only stayed for a short time, so it wasn't a big problem for me to sleep~

We stayed with my husband, my mother-in-law, and my brother-in-law's family, a total of seven people: five adults and two children. Check-in was easy, but a message appeared saying something like, "This is not the facility you have reserved. Please check your address," which caused some confusion. However, a phone call quickly resolved the issue. The facility was a large, detached house, and very comfortable. Check-out was also easy, but there was a network error on the tablet, so I was worried about whether I had checked out properly, and ended up calling again to be assisted. Self-check-in is convenient, but inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Okinawa with a large group.

I went on a 3-night, 4-day trip with my family. My family went to the market at Aeon Mall and enjoyed Japanese food at the accommodation. Convenience store food is delicious. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ We drank a lot of Orion beer. There was a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. It was nice to wash them and wear them or buy clothes locally. However, there was a strange smell near the kitchen, so it was a bit difficult. The inside of the water purifier was clean and the water was good, so my skin was soft. The view outside the window was beautiful at night and the ocean was visible in the distance during the day. The location was really good, and American Village was really good at night. My family enjoyed the night streets fantastically. The gifts and Sanrio cosmetics were cheaper than other places. The steakhouse in American Village was really delicious, and the pancake house was the best. Everything was resolved with simple English and Japanese, so it was a comfortable trip. There are many cheaper options than Don Quijote in Kokusai Street and Aeon Mall, so I recommend comparing while walking around and going shopping on the last day.

The hotel is good in all aspects, except that it only has one restaurant and the breakfast is average.

It is located not far from Ameriga Village. They do not provide breakfast, but we had breakfast at the hamburger place across the street from the property. The rooms are large, so it is a great place for families.

This hotel is self-check-in. They will send you an email before check-in, but the check-in guide is very unclear. There are several buildings scattered around. The email is full of text and just tells you to find the key box. But the guide doesn't say what the room number is. I searched for a long time but still didn't know where the key box is. I really suggest that the check-in guide should be illustrated with pictures and text to give customers clear instructions. It took 2 hours just to check in, and everyone was very tired. Very bad check-in experience

The environment is clean and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, which is enough for a family trip. There are also electric amusement equipment to kill time. The space is also large enough. The suite has a full-length mirror, which is great.
