Manchester (Cheadle)

A quick overnight stay for a family of 6. Very clean, friendly service and the rooms were just the right temperature. We paid for the unlimited breakfast next door and the breakfast staff were excellent and really welcoming to the family. No complaints here!

Hotel staff, room and amenities were great, friendly greeting and professional service throughout. The bar and restaurant staff on Friday night and Saturday morning however left alot to be desired. Bar staff shut the bar at 10pm despite the sign outside saying food served until 10pm. Turned away several customers who had just arrived as part of a group on a coach. Breakfast service staff not to found on arrival sat by kitchen using mobile phone, the table offered was directly under a very noisy extraction fan we moved ourselves to another table, though very limited on choice as several tables around us had piles of dirty plates cutlery and cups, we were sat for some time having our order taken, once served our cooked breakfast our bowls were left with us, with no room really left on the table we put them on the table next to us, I understand how the other tables ended up looking the way they did. The restaurant was not busy 6 people including ourselves yet the staff were not visible and appeared to be in or around the kitchen most of the time at one point a commotion of loud laughs from the kitchen could be heard across the dining area. The meal itself was not great I returned an undercooked black pudding to the bar and showed the server the problem, I was offered a new portion but declined as i had finished eating. The staff in the bar and restaurant both seemed polite but genuinely not interested in their jobs or providing a positive experience for us either through apathy or boredom I'd certainly hope it wasn't intended. I will happily stay in the hotel again but will not be coming back to the bar and restaurant.

Always a great stay. I stay here once a month and it's something I look forward to! Check in is always easy (a special shout out to Beth on reception! So lovely, professional) the rooms are spotlessly clean, and I'm.not sure if rooms are soundproof but even though it's on the flight path, you can't hear any planes or anything else so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep! Highly recommended!

The hotel was excellent. The location for my business trip was comfortable for me. The hotel staff were friendly and very kind. My room was clean and it was really comfortable. The hygiene in the hotel was at a very high level. The bed was good too.

Yet another great stay while using Manchester Airport for a pre holiday stay. Perfect location with everything needed around, restaurant still with a limited menu, but enough to keep you fit, no pub classics though. Mobile signal not good in the area, hence no good connection inside the hotel. Can use WiFi calling to go around this.

This is a great location, close enough to the airport but less busy than others which are slightly nearer. Very close to local leisure centre and supermarkets. Attached pub has a very limited menu, as do most Premier Inns but yhe food was good. Nearby TGI Fridays offers an alternative eating place but was noisy and expensive. Great free parking. I stay here when visiting family and happy to recommend it.
