Terdapat banyak kedai yang menjual pelbagai barangan. Apabila cuaca baik, anda boleh melihat Victoria Peak dari tingkap bilik hotel. ~~~ Bufet dan minum petang hotel juga bagus 👍👍"

"Excellent Horizon club staff. All thanks to Leo, Reine, David, Gordon, and Cloe. Always welcoming us with a wide smile. Thanks to Chef Hardy Hui, we gained weight hahaha. Last day of CNY my parents needed vegan breakfast and he delivered in style. 5 star! Great variety of food, execllent service and ambience at the Horizon club is fabulous. We have to come back again. Cafe TOO, your breakfast was outstanding. Your dinner buffet is out of those world. My mum eat very little yet she was chomping it down. Very fresh ingredients all the way. Not forgetting the wonderful housekeeping team and special thanks to a lady named Eva. I heard you were responsible for my room. You are instrumental and noticed our preference and acted accordingly. Thank you and sorry we didn't meet in person. Maybe next trip. We really enjoyed our stay and the Horizon club initiative to respond immediately to whatever it takes to make our stay very comfortable. We thank you!"

"Terbaik sekali jika anda memilih hotel penerbangan beberapa jam atau keesokan harinya untuk menginap sebagai hotel yang sangat mudah dicari kerana ia bersambung terus di dalam lapangan terbang dan hotel, tidak perlu pergi ke luar, betapa sejuknya itu.. U membeli untuk lokasi n cukup banyak adalah. Ia lama dan mengotorkan bilik saya seperti motel 1950 tetapi harga tidak murah ...seperti yang dikatakan lokasi lokasi lokasi. Saya menempah single double/ queen(saya tidak ingat, saya di 3 kaunter berbeza dalam beberapa hari) katil kerana saya tinggal bersendirian, n mereka memberi saya dua katil bujang atau tunggu....tidak selepas saya sangat tayar..ia adalah masa menunggu trafik yang tinggi kerana 1 Mei (cuti hari buruh )apabila saya melawat Hong Kong untuk hanya satu malam kemudian pergi ke Jepun penerbangan pagi berikutnya. Saya suka tinggal di hotel lapangan terbang dan yang terbaik adalah kurang tekanan untuk penerbangan keesokan harinya dan anda di bandar tergesa-gesa dengan kesesakan lalu lintas, bangun awal atau memeriksa masalah tergesa-gesa ke lapangan terbang, saya cuba pergi melancong dengan kurang tekanan. Akses mudah di sana di lapangan terbang 7-11 di sana 24 jam jadi...anda masih mempunyai akses keperluan tenaga pada tengah malam. Tetapi satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak suka ialah hobi di luar kelihatan sangat kemas kini tetapi bangunan di dalam bilik hotel seperti motel dan bau lama..mereka mengenakan harga yang tidak murah. They put me the last room at the end...biasanya takde orang suka bilik tu if u travel lot n heard the story....for me it just long walk to my room even saya hanya berjalan 8 kali sepanjang penginapan, rasanya berjalan tak habis-habis ..as .two times is I forget my wallet in room n I need go back to grab it. Ia agak menakutkan kilat, rasa, terutamanya pada tengah malam ..even thou.I m an old almost 200 lbs man...lihat gambar..Saya berjalan hampir 30 bilik untuk sampai ke bilik saya di sana. Di dalam bilik adalah bilik bau lama yang mengerikan ..ini 2025 ayuh, masa untuk melakukan peningkatan atau pengubahsuaian sila...permaidani adalah seperti penggunaan motel yan murah $200, apa yang anda boleh dapatkan penggunaan motel pedalaman china. Saya tidak mahu menyentuh atau berdiri dengan kaki kosong atau membuka atau menyentuh mana-mana pintu kabinet di dalam unit dan mereka tidak memberikan air atau makanan ringan untuk ditampung juga ...bagi saya bukan untuk kanak-kanak menginap di bilik yang saya tinggal, saya memberikan hotel 2 bintang. Suis, butang semuanya....perlu diperbaiki. Keseluruhan Kakitangan di hadapan mesra, daftar masuk dan keluar sendiri mudah. ​​Baik untuk penerbangan pemindahan. Lebih baik daripada tidur di bangku bawah di lapangan terbang pastinya. Tapi tak murah n tak murah. Jika mereka mempunyai sewa setiap jam akan menjadi bagus. Bukan hotel yang anda mahu menghabiskan percutian dengan kanak-kanak untuk menginap pada pendapat saya. Baik untuk pemindahan."

"Location fantastic, you have everything you need in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars, subway. Our room was very quiet and quite spacious - in so crowdy xity like HK it is a gem 💎. Staff professional and helpful. You can leave tour luggage, also there is washing machune and a dryer, detergent - you can do your laundry for free. Avoid Clicker bar next to the hotel. Overpriced drinks!"

"Hotel location is superb, mins walk to Sheung Wan MTR station and walkable distance to Hing King Express station. Amenities are good qualities and mini bar snacks are free, (no refill though) Room is spacious with the price. Will recommend."

"I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the room was very clean, spacious and had a great view. The pool was amazing. It is situated right outside University train station so easy to get to. Fabulous breakfast for a reasonable price."

"The best experience to start summer! The staff at COURTYARD are beyond impressive. Multiple staff members helped me to improve the quality of my stay. From the concierge, pool guards and check-in staff; all areas are well trained to support their guests. I am so happy. I will be returning as soon as I can. The location is prime. In a quiet district next to the river. The views are amazing from the 12th floor and up. The race track is nearby too. Swimming is a plus feature. The pool is elegantly designed and has a functioning fountain. This keeps the water moving. I feel as if that helps soften the water for better and more comfortable swims. The rooms are beautiful. My city view was spacious, had pretty fish painted on the screens and the bathroom was well light with natural lighting. Staff can speak three languages. This was the best trip ! Stay here for a wonderful experience."

"All the front desk staff were kind. We arrived early and were able to store our luggages at the front desk before check-in. The hotel room was spacious and designed to use the space efficiently. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also great, and the bathroom was tidy. Another advantage is that it is conveniently located near the subway station and bus stop, making it easy to get anywhere! It was a place I would like to stay at again next time."

"I came here for a conference but brought my mum along for an extended holiday. While the hotel room, room service and cleanliness were all up to expectations I was unhappy about having to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. I could only enter my room at 5pm. I have stated my preferred room and special requests earlier on via the app so that it would all be ready upon arrival. But to my dismay, they said the room was not ready and I had to wait until 5pm to be able to enter my room. For a 5 star hotel, i had expected more. There was no compensation or whatsoever, i was simply made to wait for 2 whole hours for my room that I have already stated my preferences. I asked if I could leave a feedback so that services can be improved, the receptionist only took down my email, in which they did not reach out to me at all. Please improve in your services. I did appreciate the muslim friendly ammenities such as the prayer mat, Quran, and halal in-room dining. Everything else was great. Just need to improve on the checkins."
