"Spacious room, clean and comfy and located just 5 minutes walk away from TaoYuan train station. There’s plenty of stores around even a 24hr Watson if you need some quick grab for toiletries. If I had to mention anything I wasn’t completely satisfied with, it would be a couple of minor issues with the bathroom. The shower hose has a small fault and sprays a little water while in use. Also, there is some mold around the area where the glass shower partition meets the floor, and it seems difficult to clean off. Other than these minor issues, everything else was great and I had a very pleasant stay, definitely will be back if there’s any chance visiting TaoYuan again."

"Hotel was closed to Taoyoan International Airport You can go only 10 minutes to airport with taxi at fixed price NTD 200, it was helping so much when you have a rush morning flight like me Hotel provides all your basic needs, the staff helping so much."

About 09 station away from Airport Terminal 2 (A13). + 10 minutes walking to Zhongli Night Market (sell local food and some accessories, open start from 18:00 up) + Room very big. Newly refurbish, have bathup inside. We book families room, and got 02 kingsize bed inside. Notes : * dont googling this hotel at google maps, you will get lost.. when i arrive airport, and typing this hotel name, the result is exactly same name hotel, but far away from origin location. Open this hotel from trip.com , and take guidance navigation maps from there * this hotel doesn’t have big billboard name, so you have to take extra caution while looking for this hotel. Exactly besides of Laojie River station - Le Midi Hotel. Lobby at 30th floor. * this hotel located at Taoyuan Area, not in main city Taipei. Suitable for those who need short transit. i book this hotel because i have morning flight tomorrow at 09:00. MRT already open from 06:00, and only need 25minutes to reach airport. Really recomend this hotel!!"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am just as pleased as I was during my first visit. The overall environment, including the lobby and rooms, is consistently clean, bright, and well-maintained. It is also very convenient to order food delivery.The location is excellent and very close to the airport, which makes traveling highly efficient. However, I must say that the attitude of the front desk staff was just average and rather lacking in smiles, especially the male staff. Since ********* are generally known for being extremely polite and hospitable to tourists, this was a bit surprising and slightly disappointing.Despite the service, the hotel's hardware and location are still highly commendable. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience, but I hope the front desk can improve their friendliness in the future."

"The space is quite big,ore than enough to open big luggage. Clean and tidy. Nice location, a lot of food surrounded. Lovely staff. But the amenities will be a little bit old. No universal power socket, will need to prepare one travel adapter."

"Took about 20 minutes cab to the airport. Large, older style hotel. Staff were very friendly and the room was huge and very comfy. There was a slight smell of smoking but not too bad. Apparently there was a gym but it was under reconstruction. There is an excellent world's gym around the corner at the mall. Costs 650 twd per day though. The location to the mall makes it good for an evening meal. Hotel Breakfast was OK. I did not care for the fighter fish inside each table flower vase in the hotel restaurant. Live animals are not table ornaments, even fish."

"Pre-arranged airport shuttle was convenient for travel to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Take note that the hotel does not provide bottled water, only a jar for water to be refilled near the lift lobby. The hotel is located just beside a night market which opens only twice a week, 2 convenience stores located a distance away. Otherwise, there are no other dinner options available."

"I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here."

"Location wise ok with many shopping and eateries. Is at the side alley so near a KTV which we can hear the whole nightr as the rooms are not sound proof. Found something that looks like a condom on the side of the bed and informed front desk who didn’t do anything even after we checked out on the 2nd day. Breakfast was mainly breakfast and porridge which is unimpressive . Bathroom layout and shower is good"

"The service was good. The receptionist helped me to book a taxi to the airport also packed us some breakfast. The only thing that is lacking was they don’t provide us tooth paste and tooth brush, razor, etc but over all I was quite satisfied staying at this hote"
