Fantastic nights stay very good nights sleep everywhere clean and tidy staff very nice and attentive Breakfast was very good Would strongly recommend staying here

This is a hotel staffed by colleagues who clearly care about their customers. Whilst a large corporate company the site had a well functioning team who went the extra mile with their interactions and actions. I have stayed their on three occasions this month and on my final rotation, I was going to be working nights and sleeping during the day. To my surprise, one of the team Brooke had made a mental note of this and ensured I had a room away from the humdrum. I hadn't asked out hinted for this and small things like this mean the world. Who says large corporations can't be personalised and caring? It's the culture of the team that determines the customer experience. Thank you Team Springfield

Stop over after business meeting. Heat wave and no air con in the room but fan provided which helped. Reception desk staff at this hotel were so nice, a real credit!

Staff on the afternoon where super helpful from the off, would recommend staying here and will be staying again if in the area.

Premier Inn is pretty standard accross the board. Work is happening to bring it up to date, as it is one of the older style Premier inns. On the whole, the pros far outweigh the cons

We stayed here over several weeks whilst helping family. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We only had breakfast but there was a good choice. I messed one booking up and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out for us.

Always made to feel welcome, the room upgrade is really good, walk in shower, new open style furniture and a table and chairs! Great upgrade

I work away from home for weeks at a time so every now and again we use premier inn. This particular premier inn at Chelmsford services was very welcoming very clean and hot breakfast 🍳. Myself and two work mate's were staying in the truck's. We went back to your hotel for a couple of drinks and an evening meal your staff on the night wete amazing your CHEF LAUREN did an absolutely wonderful mixed grill cooked perfect. DEBORAH was a lovely lady and very easy to talk to really helpful there was a young lady called BROOKE what a STAR ⭐ these three ladies are a credit to your company all three of us will be parking there whenever we can.
