Ulasan Changcheng Holiday Inn Chengde Summer Resort

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. We are there only for 1 night but we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the center of interest of ChengDe. Easy to reach any places to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is great too

Great swimming pool and spa. Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Perfect location at the riverside to have a walk in the evening.

Good location along the river; not too far from Chengde's main attractions. Decent enough bed but lacking proper air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but what should one expect in China?

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

酒店非常漂亮，環境優雅，房間乾淨，設施特別棒！酒店自帶的庭院很有小江南的感覺，尤其是服務讓我非常滿意，佳慧經理，勝男，艷陽。特別熱情。自助早餐品種繁多，也非常美味，酒店中餐廳價格公道，量大又好吃！ 設施棒！服務棒！衞生棒！環境棒！總之，我非常推薦這家酒店。特別贊一下酒店各個部門的服務人員，從前台到客房部到餐廳等等個人都笑臉相迎，態度温和友善，賓至如歸。

暑假爸媽來承德玩就住的這個酒店，説服務很好，房間也乾淨，我們這次帶孩子依然選擇了這家酒店，果然沒有失望，工作人員（小明和桃桃）服務熱情、貼心，我們凌晨到的，孩子很冷，還專門讓孩子進入服務枱有電暖氣的地方等我們，還準備了小童拖鞋和牙具，下車來還會選擇長承假日酒店的👍🏻

首次入住長承酒店，酒店位置佳，步行幾百米就到避暑山莊正門，非常方便。停車方便。 房間設施非常棒！房間佈局合理，設施設備齊全！房間衞生乾淨整潔，打掃的非常乾淨！服務貼心周到，加了佳慧經理微信，熱情的發給了我周圍特色小吃！大堂敞亮，前台黃艷麗温馨周到，大方的做了延長退房和行李寄存服務。早餐品種豐富，極具地方特色。環境優雅特別好！有小亭院

性價比太高了！還未到，前台的明明小姐姐就加好了微信，熱心的指導，瞭解我的需求，儘量按照我想要的提供最適合我的房間，真的是面面周到！如果您是第一次來承德，我真心推薦這個酒店，從這個酒店你就會加深對承德這個城市的熱愛！再一次感謝明明給我帶來的優質服務！

酒店在承德市中心，對面就是避暑山莊，交通很方便，早餐特別豐富，煎餅餜子很好吃，八旗羊湯是亮點，唯一的不足是停車比較困難，好在幾位保安師傅責任心很強，車主留下聯繫方式或者車鑰匙，師傅會妥善安排停車位的。
