這次是非常着急的出差，就近訂的酒店，由於行程緊張，晚上22點到店，早上6點半又要趕飛機，短短停留期間卻意外感受到驚喜。1）服務值得五星：由於第二天要趕早班飛機，前台小哥説酒店早餐還沒有開始，會在第二天早上6點半給我們準備麪包牛奶，意外的暖心。2）氛圍和小確幸值得五星：大堂有個擺滿書的書架，沒想到進了房間桌上放了本《月亮與六便士》，同事房間是本另外的文學書，讓人驚喜。3）設施環境值得五星，到了房間發現官圖所見即所得，房間大，設施又全又新，而且床品很舒服，床墊枕頭超級好睡，一覺到天亮。認真評價希望以後再去的時候服務保持初心。

There was luve music in the lobby in the afternoon, the breakfast was suprisingly affordable with so many good options, was also tried the Hanfu in the lobby. Location was the best since it was close to the metro, some convenience stores, pharmacies. This is my favorite hotel in Chengdu

They thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs, plus a instant hot water dispenser. The owner was so sweet, giving us instructions and recommendations for local food spots ❤️. It's super close to Dui Park Station, Guankou Ancient City, Dujiangyan, and Bajiaomiao Station – all within a comfortable walking distance. Just a heads up, I didn't see an elevator, so I'd recommend packing light!

AAnonymous UserThe Hilton independent building has always been a favorite of mine, and this stay was no exception. I arrived early, and they were very accommodating, allowing me to check in ahead of time since a room was available. The front desk staff were all excellent, always smiling when I came and went, and even gave me two bottles of hot water when I left – very thoughtful! The room was very clean. This time I chose a 'cooling room', and it was nice and cool, which was perfect after walking around all day on vacation – I just wanted to turn on the AC when I got back. The bedding and bathroom were spotless and fresh, absolutely no issues, and I slept very comfortably. Plus, the location near Yushuang Road is great for getting to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, Yulin Road, Chengdu Museum, and Chengdu East Railway Station – it’s a central spot. Taxis and the subway are very convenient, and you can easily find a lot of delicious snacks!

MM229155****The hotel environment is incredibly comfortable. Being on a high floor, the views are picturesque. The 30th-floor restaurant offers panoramic scenery, and their Dandan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) for breakfast are absolutely delicious – I especially recommend the dried fish! The front desk staff are also very warm and welcoming, their smiling service is truly refreshing. The greetings we received every day made us feel delightful. I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is excellent, right near Chunxi Road, making it convenient to walk everywhere. I strongly recommend it to everyone. Plus, they have Häagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea in the lobby, which are also fantastic!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

WWorld Wide WebWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the room with the huge balcony area and an outdoor bathtub — a rare luxury in the middle of Chongqing. If you’re booking, I’d recommend choosing rooms with odd numbers, as those face the Jialing River and offer the best views.
The room isn’t fully soundproof, but the noise level was manageable even though a few nightclubs sit about 200–300 metres away. For light sleepers, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs.
One thing we loved was the convenience of contacting the front desk via WeChat. Any request or question was handled quickly without needing to call or go downstairs — super convenient.
Breakfast was simple but decent. A special mention goes to the helpful **** gentleman who manages the breakfast area — extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m., and since we had early full-day tours before that time, the hotel prepared “brownie bags” (to-go breakfast bags) for us with bread, yoghurt, and fruit. A nice gesture even though the selection is basic.
The dining hall itself is small, and if you’re staying on the 14th floor, you’ll walk through it to reach your room, but it didn’t bother us.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great views, convenient communication, and genuinely warm service. We’d happily stay here again — just stick to the rooms with balcony and river views.

The bedding was perfectly soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk also helped me arrange a taxi, which arrived punctually and was very reliable. The entire stay was hassle-free, and any issues were addressed promptly. Five-star rating!

GGuest UserAmazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw:
No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

A small suggestion: calling ahead to reserve a bed isn't ideal for backpackers; in my experience, first-come, first-served is best (just my personal advice). I wish the owner continued success.

MM255991****Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately drawn in by the elegant Chinese ambiance. The room decor was very stylish, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, actively greeting us and helping with our luggage. The location is superb, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. A big thank you to Dora at the front desk for meeting us at the intersection and helping with our bags, Amy for meticulously explaining everything about our room, and Rora for our quick check-in. The hotel even gifted us mooncakes, which was a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!
