Excellent, great value for money. The facilities are all quite new and very clean. The room environment is also very smart and convenient. The complimentary small items are very thoughtful, and the service is excellent. They upgraded my room for free, and promptly fixed the curtains that were a little stuck. They patiently provided help and answers to any other requests or questions. What I liked most was the bathroom exhaust fan, which is heated and dries clothes quickly, so it's perfect for short trips! The only downside was the slight smoky smell in the bedding. I'm quite sensitive to smoke, but borrowing air freshener from the hotel helped. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to this in the future. I also hope that all travelers will be considerate and not smoke in bed, as the smell is really hard to get rid of… Wishing the hotel continued success!
