Hotel is clean and spacious. Location very near to famous Chengdu People’s Park and KuanZhai Alley. Short taxi distance to JinLi too!

Good customer service especially for the front desk team that given us alot of helps. Location wise is very hear to kuanzhai old streets that good for eat & shop.

My stay at this hotel was overall very pleasant. The check-in process was welcoming, with the front desk serving refreshing honey water upon arrival. The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent, including a well-stocked mini bar, a laundry room, and a fully equipped gym. However, the hotel lobby isn't directly accessible from the main road due to a large bicycle parking area, making drop-offs and pickups by car inconvenient. Additionally, the road noise, especially the morning honking, can be bothersome, though the thick curtains help reduce the sound significantly. Despite these minor issues, the comfort and service made it a great stay.

The hotel is near the KuanZhai Alley and opposite the People's Park. It was a short walk to these places. The amenities are great, and I loved the late supper treat and laundry services. The staff assisted me with the laundry while I was out and packed it neatly for my collection later in the day. It was a pleasant stay there, thanks to the attentiveness of the staff who ensured that our requests were duly attended to.

Everything was good, except the very unfortunate (and unfriendly) aircon. It turned itself into a heating unit due to a sudden drop in temperature without the option to even manually switch it to just a fan. We were basically slowly baked in 30 degrees hot air the last night there. The staff was helpful to give us a portable fan (not cool air though) to try to sleep. It’s a shame while everything else was great value

Brand new opening hotel, very clean and comfortable in high standards. Staff also very nice and help me around. 24 hour gym and yummy breakfast is a plus. Sure will choose this hotel again , also price good

The room very clean and modern. For the laundry service option in the 1st floor, the staff will gladly provide assistance. I also appreciate the staff for calling me for any lost belongings.
