Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square (Kuanzhai Alley)

Holiday Inn yang kami tinggali benar-benar membuatkan kami merasai kehangatan rumah! Pada mulanya penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan suhu tidak dapat dinaikkan Xiao Pu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu menganggapnya sangat serius. Saya segera menghubungi jabatan kejuruteraan untuk datang ke bilik dan dia datang untuk menyesuaikannya untuk saya secara peribadi! Kemudian, saya telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik keluarga untuk penginapan lanjutan saya, dan anak saya menyukainya! Saya juga menghidupkan penghawa dingin terlebih dahulu untuk meningkatkan suhu. Apabila saya pulang pada sebelah petang, Xiao Chen dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu menghantar bilik baharu kepada saya, yang membuatkan saya berasa hangat di dalam! Sarapan paginya kaya dan pelbagai, dan hidangannya tidak pedas, yang cukup memuaskan! Xiao Wang dari jabatan katering memberikan kami banyak petua untuk bersiar-siar berdekatan, yang membuatkan kami berasa seronok! Hotel ini menjadikan penginapan kami selesa dan kami akan datang lagi pada masa akan datang!

I had a wonderful experience when I stepped into this Chengdu TianFu Holiday Inn Express when I was in panicky and desperate mode seeking someone at this late hour checking in and found out that I had left my files and important documents at TianFu Intl Airport when I just arrived about 2 hours ago! Am so glad your front desk staff by the name of Justin who’s on night shift then, calmly picked up the phone and called the airport personnel in charge, helping me to locate and track if anyone were to have seen my belonging at the airport Arrival Hall Customer Service Desk. Justin was so kind assuring me it’ll be taken care of and as true to his words, the airport staff handed over to courier service and had my lost belonging ready for pick up the next day. The hotel helped me to pay for the courier service 1st while I had to be away next day on a day trip outside the city. That’s so so wonderful and I can’t thank Holiday Inn staff and Justin for that kind gesture!

Great location with good breakfast

Staff very friendly and helpful when we ask for directions to place of interest. We were upgraded to a big spacious deluxe room. Amenities inside the room is of 5 star standards. Toilet have automatic bidet and it was useful for us. I am very impressed with this hotel and definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Super helpful and friendly counter staffs. Enjoyed the stay very much. Will surely be back to the same hotel when i come ChengDu. Good breakfast spread too.

Good hotel good location

Room without safe, fridge and wardrobe. Location is not preferred, more to residential area

Thanks Amy for helping my wife and company throughout their stay. Amy was very kind and offered great help as my wife was traveling with a baby. At the end of the stay, she even offered an extension of check-out time to 3PM, to accommodate my family as they have a flight out in the evening. Thank you Amy!!!

Really nice hotel in center city, clean rooms and staff very helpful, also taxis in front of the hotel , breakfast was delicious and good . I recommend this hotel

My first day at chengdu and check in quite late but front desk help me go through everything very smoothly and even gave free drinks! Toilet comes with auto bidet and is very clean! Even though room is slightly small but it was comfortable for a rest! Breakfast is very comfort too! (not too heavy as first day in chengdu!)

Not clean at all, carpet full of rubbish, sick filthy and smells of cigarettes. Very noisy. I would not recommend it at all.

Had a lovely few days stay at HI Express Chengdu Tianfu Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and the staff went out of their way to give me a room as early as possible. Especially appreciated the self-service laundry service, that was so convenient The breakfast was very good too. Loved the location, very central, easy walk to the park, museum, theatre and eateries. They had drinks and little snacks at the lobby, a nice touch, this is more than what most hotels provide.

I’m extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is easy to access, the room is clean and big! Big thank you for Xiao Chen(小陈) and Xiao Zhou(小周) for their warm welcome! I got cute welcome gift, and they upgraded my double single bed to queen bed and single bed for free! I feel blessed! The breakfast is also really good, the serve both Chinese and Western food style! Sadly, I didn’t have time to eat breakfast as i need to catch my train. I asked Xiao Chen and Xiao Zhou to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me early in the morning, and they did it nicely, the other guy in the Reception also let me to take any food I want while they were preparing for the breakfast, what a pleasant stay! I feel so sad to stay here too short, definitely will be back again in the future!
