Absolutely terrible. The bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases seemed unwashed; there was even hair on the pillowcase.

The room was spacious with a large balcony and a great view. They even provided Blue Moon laundry detergent and seven or eight hangers, so I could wash my dirty travel clothes and they dried overnight! The AC cooled down quickly in the heat, and the projector screen was huge. There's a fruit shop downstairs. It's not right in Chunxi Road, which is perfect because Chunxi Road gets incredibly crowded at night. Here, you're just a few hundred meters walk from all the action. The owner was also fantastic; I left my ring on the nightstand and they even sent me a photo to come and get it. The cleaning lady was also lovely; she was very kind when I went to pick it up and had kept it safe for me. Really excellent service all around!

We stayed at Yunqing's two-bedroom suite with a giant screen. Upon arriving in Chengdu, the host thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road shopping areas. There are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby, yet it's peaceful and quiet despite being in the bustling city center. The building itself is also very quiet. Communication with the host before check-in was smooth, and they responded incredibly fast. It far exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 5 days as a family. The suite has two separate rooms, and we cleaned them ourselves. The trash cans are conveniently located right by the elevator on each floor, so it was easy to dispose of garbage on the way out. We also received one complimentary full house cleaning. The soft furnishings in the room are simple and comfortable, and it comes with a giant projector screen, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and complete toiletries (no microwave, though). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and there's a balcony which was great for drying clothes. At night, you can enjoy panoramic city views. The self-check-in process with a password was simple and convenient, no waiting around required. The host thoughtfully shared local tips for sightseeing and dining, and patiently answered all our questions. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. We'll definitely choose this place again when we return to Chengdu. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting the city center! PS: The fruit shop at the community entrance is a bit pricey! For four people traveling around the city, Didi (ride-sharing) is more cost-effective than the subway!

Excellent location, about a 8 min walk from the closest metro station and 15 mins to Chunxi Street. Lacked attention to details from management, we checked in to no towel, broken light switch, and broken balcony door. After bringingit up with the host it was resolved quickly but would have been nice to not have these many issues to start. Cleanliness was average there is a small amount of dirt everywhere which is likely do to it being an older unit, would benefit from a deep cleaning.

I have to say this place is truly amazing! Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a large family like ours, this is the perfect place to stay. We were a family of 10, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more special. The location is outstanding—one of the best in Chengdu. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away: shopping, restaurants, beautiful attractions, the river, and so much history and culture all around you. It really is the perfect place to experience the city. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and for making our family feel so welcome. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

A nice, spacious apartment that is walking distance to chunxi road and taikoo li. Was handy to have a washing machine and fridge available.

Lovely place to stay if you have a big family of 8. Some instructions in English pasted next to the devices would help a lot though the owner responses were fast each time we asked for help. Entering the place can be burdensome if you have heavy luggage. You need to drag up the steep incline. It seems entering through the basement of the apartment would be the best idea. For that the taxi driver needs to know how to drop you off at the basement.. The staircase leading up to the upper floor creaks each time one of us goes up and down. Overall a nice place to crash for the night though the bed can be soft for some but not for others. The owner was particularly helpful.

Had a wonderful 5-night stay here in Chengdu. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great location that made traveling around the city very convenient. The host was friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Although breakfast was not included, there were plenty of good food options nearby. Overall, a pleasant and cozy experience — would gladly stay again!

Very nice stay! I stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, the atmosphere was nice, great view and the owner took very good care of us. Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again 😊

The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to the subway station, Chunxi Road, and other attractions, making transportation very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which makes getting around and shopping easy. ❤️ The room is spacious, clean, and well-designed, with complete amenities, including a washing machine.
