The location is simply unbeatable! It is situated on a vibrant, lively street, surrounded by plenty of shops, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. It is also very close to the metro station, making it super easy to travel directly to many places across the city. The room was beautiful, stylishly designed, and very cozy. The reception team was welcoming and extremely friendly, and they surprised me with a truly sweet and lovely birthday setup—thank you so much for that wonderful touch! I also really enjoyed the afternoon coffee, and the staff at the café were warm and polite. We booked a room with a bathtub, but unfortunately, it was out of order and we couldn't use it. We were told it would be fixed, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. I was quite disappointed, especially since I had bought special bath salts just to pamper myself and couldn't use them.

We had a wonderful stay at Chuanxing Yinli Hotel in Chengdu. The service was excellent, with prompt replies to all our queries on WeChat. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and attentive, which made our stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous Chinese aesthetics blended seamlessly with clean, modern interiors. The design was elegant and thoughtfully done, creating a lovely atmosphere that felt both stylish and cosy. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when visiting Chengdu!

We had a wonderful stay at Chuanxing Yinli Hotel in Chengdu. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet, while also being in a very convenient location with easy access to the main areas of the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary water and fresh fruit always available. The washing machines and dryers available for guests were also extremely useful. The breakfast was excellent, both when enjoyed at the hotel and as a takeaway option when we had an early start. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel itself has a beautiful design, with a lovely garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, style, convenience and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Chengdu!

This is a well‑designed hotel with beautiful courtyard. The staff are warm and helpful, service is thoughtful. They helped is out a lot with making reservations for activities. Quiet location close to Kuanzhai Alley, highly recommend.

Large and quiet rooms, the afternoon tea is a nice touch and the room facilities are great! The hotel is on a main road but it is still quiet.

Very good design. Seems thoroughly clean. Quality bed. Helpful staff. Location good for focusing on Dufu Qingyang palace and Kuanzhai. For exploring other parts of Chengdu I don’t know if they have a sister hotel. Girls are helpful but would have appreciated someone helping with umbrella during check out rain. A place where you can enjoy oneself. If you use the photographer be aware that they like to overcorrect photos and Chinese pose taste is very different

My sister and I had such a lovely stay here! the hotel was spotless, we loved their complimentary afternoon tea, and the staff were so sweet and attentive. We’ve had experiences where hotels in China don’t look like the photos, but this place exceeded our expectations! 🐼🫶🏼

Amazing hotel and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Staff are attentive and friendly. Was very easy as a foreigner to order packages from Taobao etc and have it delivered. Rooms were spacious and the morning breakfast was delicious. We even left behind jewellery by accident and they informed us with prompt delivery to the next hotel we were staying at! Would love to visit again.
