Just stayed this newly opened hotel for a couple of days. Staff are friendly, especially Ms. Zheng who helpped me by signing in a TV App for me to watch the last episode of a TV drama. The lady boss is also service-orientated, she asked her staff to provide the morning coffee to us even though the bar was not open yet. We had a good time there.

This hotel is amazing! the staff is very helpful and very friendly. The food around the area is nice too. Definitely a 10/10, inside the rooms there are cool projectors and sound systems where you can just say "xiao du xiao du, guan deng" to turn off the lights of any part of the room. Specifically one of the receptionist guan xia, she helped us a lot as we needed to buy some stuff online.

Hotel was clean and service was great. Would recommend to people coming to Chengdu! I had a pleasant stay. The bathtub was clean and I had a wonderful time using it. The front desk was friendly and quick to answer questions. The room was fully automated and they even have a robot to deliver parcels and food.

Very nice working staff, the room are clean and new . Pools are also so clean and with different temperatures of water, what is good for a hot weather.we enjoy to stay in a hotel .

All receptionists are very helpful and friendly. They helped whenever they are approached, eg. receiving Taobao parcel, help to order food delivery, deal with local tour, providing valuable information, settle room’s leaking problem. Their response towards our request always very accommodating, swiftly and customer oriented.

Excellent service by staff! New facilities and enjoyed the AI empowered services to change lighting etc especially after a tired day. Food delivery via robots.is very convenient:) no need to walk to counter to collect. Travel agency right at the reception and mart next door. Facilities are all new. Location is a street from Chun Xi, Takuli etc for shopping, food and massage. Strategically located for all your travelling needs. Quiet enough for a good night sleep. Bath tub is clean and luxurious- upgraded the room for a very minimal daily rate top up. Stayed for 6 nights. Enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks.

I stayed 4nights here with my family. An absolutely delightful hotel, small, detail orientated, centrally located and very modern. It has a huge bath tub good for kids to play also parents can relax at the same time. This hotel offered breakfast which changes everyday. Highly recommend this charming destination. Many thanks to the superb staff!

Very good exoerience with their customer services.we went to the wrong branch but the manager came and pick us almost immediately to the right branch. Manager Xiao Xia is very service minded, helpful and polite. Room is big and neat. Beddings are comfortable. I leave woth fond memories

朋友和妹妹一起出來玩的，入住很滿意，前台小姐姐很熱情，開始看到評論怕入住不好，其實到酒店發現根本不用擔心什麼的，服務超好，房間乾淨整潔舒適，設備也是很流暢的，8樓的泳池很大，很好玩，房間裏面也配有浴缸，大大的滿足了我的各種需求，酒店餐廳的裝修風格很獨特，可以看我圖片哦
