This hotel is the perfect mix of friendly staff, great location, and clean, quiet rooms. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, making everything easy, especially as a foreigner visiting China. The location is ideal: a 24-hour convenience store is next door, a large grocery store just two minutes away, and many restaurants within a short walk offering all kinds of local food. Didi rides are also easy to book from here and the train station is a block away. The room was spotless, smoke-free, and spacious, with a nice panoramic view. It felt like a small apartment. (perfect for my one-month stay) The area with the mini fridge feels like a small kitchenette for preparing tea, fruit, or basic foods. The bathtub was a great way to relax after a long day, and both the AC and heat worked perfectly. Being on the 18th floor, it was very quiet at night and easy to sleep well. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when I return to Chengdu.

Our fourth nights stay in this hotel. Is like a home to us . We feel comfortable and cozy staying in this big,clean and beautiful hotel. Is about 3 mins walk to 牛市口station, three station away from Chengdu dong high speed rail very convenient for us to take hsr to Chongqing, jiuzhaigou,emeishan and dujiangyan. There is a very big supermarket 永辉成都锦江文华店near the hotel. The boss is a very nice and warm man. The staff 阿卫，阿Wang and a few others are very helpful, courteous and did their best to help us whenever we need any help. The hotel will do Laundry for us which is very good as we do not need to wait and do ourselves and sometimes we have to go to the laundry place a few times to see when it is available. Lots of food, luckin coffee,Starbucks,chargee and many other convenience stores and food stallsl around. No regrets staying here.Thank you to all the staff of Xiyueli hotel for your hospitality.

設施：非常安逸，有單獨的的注意區和洗漱區，廁所還乾濕分離，環境非常不錯， 服務：當天到的比較晚，衹有對着電梯的房間，因為個人睡眠淺所以很不習慣這個位置，跟夜班的小姐姐説了以後立馬幫我做了免費升級，升級這個套房，遠離電梯口，簡直太舒服了，服務很到位，非常感謝小姐姐，讓我的成都之旅更添一點精彩。

服務太好了，前台小姐姐非常客氣有禮貌，可以寄存行李，還免費升級了房間帶浴缸，有一次性浴缸袋，逛累了回來泡個澡太舒服了！房間空間大，清潔乾淨，有大落地玻璃窗能看到城市夜景，距離牛市口地鐵2號線A2出口步行不到5分鐘，樓下還有早餐夜市，超市，24小時便利店，太方便了！由於還要去其他景點玩回成都返程，果斷下單到時繼續住，大件行李也寄存着！
