The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with pandas everywhere. Michael and Linda at the front desk were warm, attentive, and polite. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom, and a small walk-in closet, which was great.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend this time. The lobby had many cute little pandas, the room was clean and hygienic, and breakfast was also very good. The front desk staff, Linda and Cathy, were very enthusiastic and helped me find the nearest spa. Overall, I'm very satisfied, it's awesome!

Great value for money! There are many attractions and shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. The breakfast is a real standout, with all sorts of Sichuan specialties. The front desk staff, Claire and Nina, were incredibly enthusiastic and gave us tons of food recommendations during our stay. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

The room was clean and tidy. Downstairs, there are many dining options, including hotpot and stir-fries, which is very convenient. There's also a mall across the street with plenty of choices. The best part is that it's not far from Chengdu East Railway Station and Shuangliu Airport, and even Tianfu Airport is easily accessible. Nina at the front desk was very thoughtful during check-in, recommending delicious restaurants nearby. When we needed room service, items were delivered quickly. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would recommend it to friends.👍👍👍

Booked a room for a friend, and they were quite satisfied. Previously, food delivery wasn't allowed, but now a robotic delivery service brings orders directly to the room with just a phone call. The price increase during the National Day holiday wasn't too significant. The only downside is that the vacant lot behind the hotel looks the same as it did years ago, offering no view. However, the trade-off is how incredibly quiet it is, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Claire, the manager at the front desk, who promptly helped us locate my friend's lost ID. The service was absolutely top-notch, much appreciated!

This hotel seems to have been around for a while, and the facilities are quite well-maintained. The sofa covers are pretty retro. I mentioned it to the front desk, and apparently, they're planning to replace them. Overall, it's decent. These days, when I stay at a hotel, I'm looking for peace, comfort, and good service. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and the ladies, were all very friendly. I only remembered one of the ladies' names, Nina? During the holiday, there weren't many people dining, which was great for introverts like me. It was really good! 🥰

The room facilities were complete and spacious, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Extremely satisfied with our stay! It was very convenient for us traveling with children. The hotel boasts a very convenient location. Xiangnanli is right downstairs, and there's a large shopping mall within 200 meters, offering a one-stop destination for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs. The service was equally outstanding. The front desk staff were very attentive, providing thoughtful reminders for everything. For any in-room requests, someone was at our door within five minutes of a phone call.
