The room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was superb. They also had a self-service fruit and pastry spread in the afternoon, and even at odd hours in the night, they were patient when we asked for something to be sent up. Highly recommend this place! It was very convenient for traveling with friends, close to the subway station, and there's a delicious hotpot restaurant nearby. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at extension 332, was very attentive and thoughtful, extremely warm and polite.

Really love this hotel! The front desk attendant, employee number 330, had excellent service and was very helpful. It's in the city center, so everything is close by. They patiently answered all my questions, and there's free parking. Right across from the hotel is People's Park, which currently has a nice chrysanthemum exhibition. Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Wuhou Shrine are all quite close too. I genuinely recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and housekeeping does a great job.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Chengdu, and I was unexpectedly delighted! Employee 330 had a wonderful attitude. Seeing we had a lot of luggage, he even used a trolley to help us bring it up, which was really thoughtful. They noticed we had a child and the hotel provided kids' toothbrushes and slippers. The front desk had wet wipes, band-aids, dental floss, and even mouthwash – they were so well-stocked! The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious with both Chinese and Western options. It was a truly satisfying stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We had a pleasant stay despite some small bumps. The price and location are both good, and the staff were very kind and professional. The room was clean, however there were small places where its age showed, such as a large old stain on the couch and damaged parts of the window railing. The shower also had some dark spots and yellowed parts. However, these were mostly cosmetic issues and didn’t negatively impact my comfort. It was convenient to have the small washing machine, the large couch was comfortable to rest on, and the snacks and breakfast were delicious. The bed was spacious and I slept well! You can hear traffic sounds from the busy street outside but it didn’t bother me. Please note that there is no safe in the room. While we were out the first day, the housekeeping staff threw away some of my belongings, such as my contacts case on the bathroom sink and plastic bags for storing my luggage. Luckily, I had replacements so this was only a small inconvenience. We didn’t want to complain and decided to just leave the “do not disturb” light on so they wouldn’t clean the room again. However, after we returned from going out the next day, we found someone had tidied the room and once again threw away some small items we needed. The housekeeping staff should be more careful not to dispose of items that aren’t in a trash can. When I let the concierge know on WeChat, they apologized and arranged gifts for us when we checked out. Ultimately, housekeeping had good intentions and the inconvenience was manageable, so I wasn’t too upset. The hotel staff handled the situation very well! The front desk staff were always extremely kind and helpful. I had many Taobao orders arrive, and they signed and stored them all for me. They even helped me make a call to a courier when I had trouble with my order. They were patient with my limited Chinese and were responsive in communicating over WeChat. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers coming to Chengdu!

The hotel environment is quite good, and it's very clean. The location is excellent, close to Tianfu Square, making subway access very convenient. The breakfast offers a good variety, including freshly cooked noodles. The front desk staff are helpful and patient. Check-in and check-out, especially room 326, were both quick.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The location is excellent, very close to the central business district and tourist areas. The breakfast spread was generous, and my colleagues all spoke highly of it too. There are tons of great places to eat and explore nearby. We even managed to squeeze in a Sichuan hot pot lunch, and it was so much better than the ones in Beijing!

The room exceeded my expectations; it was probably around 40 square meters with a living room and sofa. It also featured smart bathroom amenities, electric curtains, and came with two complimentary breakfasts. What's even better is its location, just a 5-minute walk from People's Park. The front desk staff recommended Ai Ban Deng Hotpot (Tianfu Square branch), which was a 13-minute walk away. It was filled entirely with locals, incredibly authentic and delicious, and offered a nice night view too.
