My stay was quite good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed with all the necessary amenities. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the service was warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process very smooth. Downstairs, there are plenty of options for dining, drinking, and shopping, and the subway lines 2 and 3 are just a few hundred meters away, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the hotel even offered late-night congee. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

This hotel stay was truly excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. What was most heartwarming was that the front desk specially cooked me some local specialty noodles even outside of dining hours, and then granted me a late checkout free of charge. The service was incredibly thoughtful, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Highly recommend this hotel! I always stay at Atour when I travel, and this Atour S experience was super comfortable. The room was clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was so soft, I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money!

Right outside is Taikoo Li, and the subway is super close. The room was clean and had good soundproofing. The dandan noodles at breakfast were incredibly authentic Chengdu style, and the variety was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay!

The room facilities are super new and modern, especially the toiletries which are very high-end. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and right downstairs is the famous Ma Wang Zi restaurant, which is extremely popular. Staying here makes it so much easier to queue for a table!

If you're coming to Chengdu, this is a great choice! It's close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, People's Park, and Jinli. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area, and the soundproofing was excellent. They also paid attention to the little details, providing coffee, drinks, and toiletries in the room. Really good, I'd definitely come back!

I stayed here with a friend on the 27th for one night. We wanted to be on the same floor to look after each other. At 12 PM check-in, they said the rooms weren't ready, and that there was only one 'Jimu' king room per floor, so we couldn't be on the same level. We ended up on different floors! I checked in again on the 31st, booking the exact same room type as the 27th. But even though there were two of us, we didn't get the same room type! And to make it worse, the room my friend stayed in on the 27th was also different from ours! This hotel is deceptive! It's clearly not just one room per floor! When I called to complain, they tried to lie and say they'd upgraded our room on the 27th, but they never told us about any upgrade! The room we booked online looked completely different from what we got. They even suggested I swap rooms with my friend! What kind of nonsense is that? The hotel didn't resolve my issues! There wasn't even a manager on duty, and they said they'd deal with it tomorrow. I've already checked out, and no one has contacted me! They are defrauding customers! Both the toilet and the bathroom were ridiculously small!

I booked this hotel purely for its location, and the experience was great! It's super convenient for hotpot and shopping. The room felt spacious, and the bedding was as comfortable as ever. The staff were all so lovely and friendly; an auntie in the elevator even complimented my new earrings, which made my day! 😊 Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

The free minibar with its wide selection was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to visit Taikoo Li and IFS. Getting to other attractions by subway or taxi was also very easy. The room was comfortable, although a bit on the cool side for someone from the north. Service was great overall.
