The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Metro Lines 2 and 3. The breakfast at the 7th-floor restaurant, while simple, was enough to get a good, filling start to the day. The staff were all very friendly, especially the front desk team. Even my ABC daughter, who can be quite particular, thought their service was excellent this stay! 👍 Highly recommend.

The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station. I even managed to snap that picture of the panda climbing the wall right from my room! The room was spotless, and I was really happy with my stay. I've already recommended it to my colleagues.

The room was clean and tidy. It's very close to the subway station and the airport shuttle bus stop. You can even see the panda climbing the wall right from the hotel window!

Incredibly convenient location with lots of shops and restuarants nearby and the metro station right across the street. The staff were all very lovely and polite and the facilities provided were sufficient. The main drawback of our rooms were the strange layout. There was no private bathroom, only cubicles for the toilet and shower and an open sink. The cubicles had frosted glass which I found was a bit awkward and did not provide enough privacy. Additionally the toilet cubicle was directly across the window which made things more uncomfortable. I also found it frustrating that all the settings would reset after leaving the room - ie. on your return the tv would automatically turn on and the curtains would be drawn back. The design was also very dated and looked very old, the fenced windows had white cracking paint and the floors which are depicted to be carpeted in the images are actually just wooden floors. Lastly, I had some concerns with the plugs being a bit flimsy, the cover would pop off which I thought was a bit unsafe.

Excellent location! It is only a short walk to the IFS building. The area around the hotel is full of shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of food options, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel also has a good security system, which made me feel safe during my stay. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and provided 3 complimentary soft drinks and 4 bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all the facilities and conveniences nearby. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers

The beautiful lady at the hotel front desk was all smiles and handled our check-in super professionally and efficiently. She even upgraded our room and thoroughly explained all the services. Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its cozy luxury – so elegant and tranquil. The stunning, panoramic views of Chunxi Road were absolutely breathtaking and so therapeutic. Every aspect of this hotel is top-notch, from the incredibly rich and high-quality breakfast spread to the fantastic value for money. I almost don't want to leave Chengdu because of this hotel! [grin]

Great location! The airport shuttle drops you off directly at Chunxi Road station, and the hotel is just a short walk away. It's newly decorated, comfortable, and perfect for shopping. Highly recommend it! This was my first time staying here, and I chose it based on online recommendations. It definitely lived up to the hype.

I stayed for many nights, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The cleaning ladies were very responsible, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.
