The location is super convenient; I've stayed here three or four times already. I even left my luggage here before heading to Jiuzhaigou and came back to stay another night. It's great value for money, and overall, I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Good location and room is good in general

The location is very convenient, close to the subway, and they even offer free dim sum for breakfast, which my kids really enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent.

The place was spotlessly clean! The service was excellent, and they offered convenient luggage storage. The location is fantastic – it's really close to Taikoo Li, and there are plenty of great dining and drinking options nearby.

Xiao Yu and Xin Xin provided excellent service, and the afternoon tea was great.

The hotel is in good location. The amenities are good too coz they provide in the lobby n many mineral water every floors. Too bad the washing machine only got 2 n difficult to queue up . Better to change the tiles coz sometimes water got the tiles n damaged. The staffs are nice n friendly but too bad the air con so cold , I asked 3x to make room warm but everytime they helped me then the room still.always cold coz I need hot because I came in Dec n Jan so cold for me. Fantastic location, and breakfast is included! It's super close to all the main attractions. The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room. They even provided an umbrella in the room, which was a lifesaver when it rained. Plus, the hotel offers washing machines and dryers for guests. Such great amenities! Definitely recommend!

Service: Maybe it's because of high occupancy, but the front desk service was quite subpar. I landed in Chengdu with a slight cold and bought some medicine. I asked the front desk if they could boil some hot water for me, and even though the kettle was right there, they said it hadn't been boiled, or that the kettle had just been cleaned. They even mentioned that the kettle in the self-service area didn't fit the water heater base. It was really frustrating; I didn't get a single sip of hot water from the hotel during my two-day stay. Environment: The room size was average, but perfectly sufficient for one person. Facilities: The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few hundred meters from Chunxi Road, very close. Right next door, there's a Panda Dangjia where you can buy plush toys, and there are several restaurants to choose from. The subway station is also very near, and it's super convenient to hail a taxi right at the intersection in front of the hotel. Self-service Afternoon Tea: The time is from 2 PM to 6 PM. At this time, everyone is surely out and about. I asked the front desk if I could take a small amount of fruit to my room, and they said no, I had to go myself during the designated time. So inflexible! Summary: A hotel with lagging service is truly a pity.

Convenient and has a variety of food near the mall ifs gooddd

The location is great, just a short walk to the food street, and Jinjiang Theater is right next door. It's lively at night too. The parking lot is at the nearby Sichuan Daily parking garage, which was a bit of a hassle. It took us a long time to get to the hotel because of traffic, and we couldn't find the parking entrance. When we called, we were told to go to the Sichuan Daily parking garage and had to turn around. Plus, we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to enter the parking lot.

Just a few hundred meters from Chunyi Road and Taikoo Li, it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The self-service laundry with dryer is very practical. The afternoon tea's white fungus soup, mung bean soup, and mixed grain porridge were all delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again in the next future.
