this is a former grand hotel that is past it's heyday. however on peak pricing period, this hotel does not practice surge pricing and hence it may offer good CP values when other hotels jacked up prices 2-3x times. Location isn't that bad, just a 5 min cycle to Nijiajiao station, and a few more minutes more to raffles city. if u walk out hotel and take a left and past hospital, and take a left into the street, within 3 minutes you will reach a local community where there are very good local cheap food options as well as an excellent Chinese massage place.

I e the Wally found this place to be very comfortable! Especially living in Beijing, the rate was very reasonable. It’s extremely conveniently located as I came to see that part of the city. Thanks for a great stay!

This a hotel is not new. The AC did not work well. They sent a technician and said that regulations in china do not allow AC to go below 25 degrees which may or not be true but it the room felt hot.

The room is pretty good, the front desk service is very good, warm and polite, the room style is a bit old-fashioned, clean and sanitary, and it is also very convenient to travel around. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel nearby!

The most cost-effective hotel, convenient for travel, next to the elevated station, convenient for going anywhere. It is an old hotel, not far from the city center, and close to the subway entrance.

Great location, perfect breakfast. It's a shame that almost no one at the reception desk spoke English. Only the manager spoke English, and he helped us enormously with solving some problems, for which we are sincerely grateful. It's also a shame that there was no cafeteria or restaurant in the hotel, but there were plenty of options nearby.

The hotel facilities are too old and the room decoration style is depressing. The disposable slippers are of poor quality and the bathrobes are torn. The price-performance ratio is too low.
