The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu

Very satisfy with all well trained staff, being very helpful and caring about all your needed, especially staff name : Xiao Bai are very patience and supportive, hotel room are very best with amenities and beautiful ambience of hotel room. Very clean and comfortable stayed. Surely will come back soon again.

The services are too notch and the room was spacious and clean with full amenities kits even the shoes amenities. The breakfast has a vast selection of Western and Chinese foods. The location is right at the heart of the city. There are a few coffee cafes like Starbucks and Luckin just 2 mins walk. But it was a bit far from the underground and the famous Chunxi Road, IFS and the famous Taikoo Li. In turn, it is relatively less busy than those areas.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left. The rooms were beautiful and elegant, with an amazing view over the city, and the food was absolutely exquisite. Every part of our stay felt special, and the level of service really lived up to the Ritz-Carlton name. We will definitely be returning in the future. A truly five-star experience that we can highly recommend!

Amazing experience for our honeymoon. The staff at the club lounge is super friendly, the food is good – and the view over the city is fantastic.

I have always enjoyed staying at The Rtiz-Carlton. However, this time was remarkably exceptional. After a long day at the mountains, my friends and I needed a good rest. We were so touched by the hospitality and greetings from every hotel staff there. Checking in was a brisk process by Mr Owen Wong. He was attentive with my special request and escalated it to the hotel manager, Bruce Ma, whom upgraded our stay. The breakfast had a variety of spread, which was worth looking forward to every morning. Finally, I was so impressed by how the hotel had a unique fragrant smell. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one!
