Best of this hotel is free laundry service pick up from room and deliver to our room. We are very thankful we found this hotel for our half a month trip in China.

We recently stayed at Lynn international Hotel, and we was blown away by the excellent service provided by the front desk staff, 魏斯琪, SiQi Wei. She is professional and attentive, she is also stepped forward to help us solve the problem of ordering **. We were so appreciated and her friendly demeanor made me feel at home. Thank you to the team for making my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service. I’ll definitely return!

The location of this hotel is 300m away from the main shopping areas. Beside the hotel there are plenty of eateries . The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean . Very good service by the hotel staff . Love the robot who sent all the deliveries to our room . A very comfortable stay . Will stay here again in future .

experience was good, good location, good service. unlike other hotels sharing a building and having long waiting for the lift, they are a building on their own and there are 3 lifts so dont need to wait very long

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, and the details are carefully considered. The breakfast is also very delicious and rich in variety. The service is impeccable, which makes me feel like I'm at home. I will choose here again next time!

Hotel staff are amazingly good service and helped us to contact our didi driver when we lost our phone. Luckily we managed to get back! The cleanliness is good and housekeeping was very prompt. Only thing is the location is not so forward and the amenities are a little behind.

Hotel is old and service is so so and in overall this hotel is non smoking hotel, at lift or even at lobby they allow for smoking.. breakfast and tea time is great. Location wise not bad and is walking distance to chunxi road. No aircond during winter time, air ventilation is not good.

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms. Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it. Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors) 林恩国际酒店大堂经理贺向利 He’s amazing, help us settled quite a number of things & is contactable via WeChat even when he’s not on duty.

good location, services are OK unfortunately the bed a bit hard for children, and breakfast is 10am close ON TIME, while we stayed in chongqing & zhangjiajie, they can wait till 11 am.

Good location, not too far from IFS mall, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. Took Didi most of the time as it's more convenient since the train station is not very near. Service was great as well, had an amazing 5 night stay here.

Hotel is walking distance to Chunxi Road and IFS,very convenient place to stay. Service lives up to its name of an international hotel, friendly staffs that offers help, it was very comfortable. Love the amentities they provided, esp that bedroom slipper. Thanks for a lovely stay!
