The room was incredibly small, and the soundproofing was terrible. You could hear every conversation in the hallway. Opening the window only made it worse, as the air conditioning units from other rooms were so loud it felt like they were right inside my room. For a chain hotel, this was really disappointing. This was the worst Home Inn I've ever stayed at!

Clean rooms, great location, friendly staff, and excellent value for money.

The room was clean and cozy. Quite spacious. We booked here because of its location near to xinnanmen bus station & subway station. However, we couldn't get bus tickets to xiling mt. Despite that, we had fun staying as there were lots of fruits vendor outside the hotel. All fruits were delicious & cheap. Staff was good with translating everything & helped us to store our luggages

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it very easy to get around. The staff are also warm and attentive. The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The service was great; they addressed our needs promptly. The room itself was also very good. The only issue was a clump of hair by the bathroom door that wasn't cleaned, for some reason. We had to ask staff to clean it up afterward. For this price point, it's really unacceptable for something like that to be missed. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a 3-minute walk, about 150 meters, from Exit D of Xinnanmen Station on Metro Line 3, making it super easy even with luggage. You can walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li for shopping, which is convenient if you stay out late. For places like Wuhou Temple, Jinli, or Jiuyan Bridge, the metro is very quick. Plus, the area is surrounded by authentic Chengdu snacks, so finding food is never an issue. The service is incredibly warm. The front desk staff were so gentle and polite, check-in was fast, and they answered all my questions, even proactively asking about my preferred floor. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. They also offer a free laundry room and dryer, which is super handy for business travelers or long-term stays.

Overall are compact and great, located few minutes walking distance to metro and Xinnanmen bus station, but the shower water pressure too low

An absolutely terrible experience! Friends, if you're coming to Chengdu and choosing accommodation, under no circumstances should you pick this hotel. Even if it's dirt cheap, stay away! The front desk staff are incredibly bad, with awful attitudes. I booked a room for the National Day holiday half a month in advance, even specifying my room preferences. On October 3rd, the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel between 7 and 8 PM. I reiterated my requests to the front desk, and the response I got was, "You arrived too late; we can't guarantee it." So, do I have to arrive at 2 PM sharp to wait for you to assign a room? Does coming late mean that my pre-booked room and notes are all for nothing? "If you arrive late, you don't get to choose," she basically said, chuckling. Absurd! I specifically asked for a room not near a corner and something quieter, preferably with other rooms spaced out. But the front desk person did the opposite, putting me in the absolute corner. What's more, the door to the adjacent room was incredibly close to mine. You could say that if both doors opened simultaneously, you could hug each other – they weren't even parallel; they were facing each other. Once I got into the room, the hygiene was appalling; I could still see hair on the floor. After unpacking, I went to charge my phone. My friend and I each had a phone charger. The moment we plugged them in, the power tripped! The hotel's maintenance staff, an elderly gentleman I'd call 'Grandpa,' came to fix it. Afterward, he claimed my phone chargers had too much voltage and couldn't be used. Seriously, this room couldn't even handle a standard phone charger, and he blamed my "strong voltage"! Speechless! On the second day of my stay, the room next door was very noisy. A few guys were playing games at 2 AM. I called the front desk and asked them to speak to the guests next door, as it was late and they were disturbing others' rest. Half an hour passed with no improvement. I called again, and they said they would urge the staff to go over. And then, nothing. I just kept praying the neighbors would get tired and go to sleep. There was absolutely no service to be found. On October 7th, check-out day, there's a very steep flight of stairs at the hotel entrance. I had a huge suitcase. Seeing a male staff member at the front desk, I asked if he could help me take my suitcase down the high stairs. The front desk guy just stood there, saying nothing, not responding, ignoring me. We made eye contact; I was speaking directly to him, and he knew I was addressing him, but he pretended to be deaf. Ha, what a sophisticated way to handle things! So, this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced, bar none. It's the absolute pinnacle of bad. Chengdu, you must be "proud" to have a Home Inn like this. Friends, no matter how desperate you are, do NOT stay at this hotel! I genuinely advise against it! Oh, and I just remembered, the Wi-Fi here never connects, ever. Just plan on using your own mobile data. I only booked one night for this stay, but I had actually split it into three separate bookings. My first time staying here in Chengdu, and I've truly had enough.

Facilities: The air conditioning was leaking, the mirror light was broken, the room lighting was dim, and the room itself wasn't very big. Cleanliness: Pretty good, it was cleaned quite well. Environment: There are many snack shops nearby, the location is great, and the wontons downstairs are delicious, highly recommended.

The Hanting Hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy for seniors to get around. We stayed for six consecutive days, which saved us the hassle of changing hotels and moving luggage around. It would have been even better if breakfast was included.

The room was lovely, very clean and tidy. The location is incredibly convenient, just a four to five-minute walk from the metro station. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming; she even gave me a cute little panda pin! It was adorable.
