來成都玩順便也能和朋友聚會，特意定了她家附近的酒店，想定雙床，可是次日沒有沒辦法連住了，我就索性換了大床兩晚連住。大床房也很好，足夠用，還有一個沙發可以摺疊變床，我跟兒子睡1.8大床也沒問題，既然還有沙發床那就索性一個人一個地方了。酒店距離地鐵有1公里多點，不算最近。不過朋友開車帶我們，也很方便。其實自己溜達到地鐵也還行。
酒店每日果盤*自助咖啡*牛奶:晚上來送吃的，水果牛奶，哇哇好棒呀！
設施：很新的酒店，設施設備很齊全，而且都是智能化的控制，很方便。衞浴也都是品牌的，很好用。智能馬桶，帶洗衣機帶洗衣液，有冰箱，有即熱飲水機，吹風機也超級好用我回去想自己買一個了。床品也很舒服。總之很適合小住生活幾天，非常全面方便。給提供了免費公共區域的烘乾衣服熨燙設備，還有針線包葯品包，辦公等便民服務措施。
衞浴間還有酒精，很貼心，不放心人士的流星，可以噴噴消毒。
衞生：很乾凈，主要是各處細節都很到位，我很滿意。
服務：服務很好，有問必答，有需求都儘量滿足。大晚上我説加個被子，人家馬上給我送來。很感謝。
因為還打算去市中心玩一天，就住了2晚去一環裏面高升橋附近定了一個公寓酒店。一進門就覺得哎，比雲之汀差遠了，粗糙有點照騙的感覺，要不是我行李一堆，拉回太麻煩，我真想回雲之汀繼續住，確實讓我住的很舒服很方便。真心地感覺到了賓至如歸，下次來還住這裏。已經推薦給其他朋友了。
早餐也挺好的，孩子很高興了。
性價比超高！！！期待下次我再來住雲之汀。

It was a lovely hotel for my needs. An amazing view and fairly priced. Other positives include : great breakfast options if you include breakfast in your payment, cleanliness , nice and soft cozy sheets made it easier to sleep after a long day.

房間大，乾淨，熱水很快，一次洗漱用品也不錯的，不會很硬。床上用品也很不錯，睡的很好。

首先，早餐的種類非常豐富。這個價位，這家店的早餐，是我吃過的最豐盛的。抄手和米線味道都不錯，此外饅頭包子（肉餡的，香麻了）玉米（水果玉米）紅薯雞蛋這些也都有，還有豆漿牛奶橙汁麪包果醬和小點心。以及，5種水煮或者涼拌的蔬菜和一種水果！關鍵是還天天不重樣。我住了三天，吃到了橙子哈密瓜青菜涼拌筍涼拌胡蘿蔔片娃娃菜苦菊涼拌西蘭花……味道都不錯。讓我忍不住天天7:30早起去吃早餐。
然後就是服務非常的熱情。這個價位，這家店的服務，是我見過最熱情的。吃早餐的時候，會有工作人員來問口味，給你介紹哪裡洗衣服哪裡烘乾，入住的時候還會有人在那一層樓給你指引，還送了兩份小米粥。雖然都是小事，但是讓人蠻開心的。她們的熱情的確感染我了。
環境也不錯。設施都挺完善的。拖鞋是那種厚的消毒過的，穿起來更舒服，阿姨可能看我們是來玩的，收拾東西的時候還多給我們給了兩瓶水。
酒店離地鐵走路差不多七八分鐘。周圍也蠻店的。都是那種本地居民比較多的店，在附近的店吃了兩頓飯都沒踩雷。整體下來挺方便的，非常滿意

面積稍微有點小，但佈局很合理。
前台服務很好，訂好房就會打電話來做預溝通和提醒，過程當中我們提出個性化問題也是積極溝通解決總體感覺很好。
酒店咖啡廳很棒，每天早上都去喝了一杯，住店客人92折。

This hotel is a gem.
The staff at XISHU Garden are so helpful. They were caring for myself and other foreign travelers in the lobby. The staff spoke English well and could help me extend my stay.

The halls and the rooms were all clean and well decorated. This location is very comfortable.
The shared room is a good size. The sleeping cubby is large enough for a good sleep. (Anyone over 6 ft tall may need to consider size).
From TianFu Int. Airport ride MTR line 18 and transfer at South Railway Station to Line 1. Ride to Wenshu monastery station, leave out exit K.
At the Garden Inn: enjoy the living garden courtyard, in-house cooked meals, and comfortable furniture.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away.
One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests.
Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day.
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu.
In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

PPengguna Tetamu1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
