Hotel Chennai dengan Bar

The visit was to conduct a Customer Service Training program for one day. All needful arrangements from Note pad, Pen, Water Bottle, LCD Projector and Writing Board/Markers were arranged on time and the session went smooth and comfortably. The snacks, Tea and Lunch arrangement was excellent. I appreciate the efforts taken by Thiru in giving us the best experience. I would recommend this service to everyone willing to choose Raj Palace.

We used Banquet Hall in Raintree Hotel St Marys Road Thanks for offering a fantastic hospitality today whilst we had our day workshop today at your premises. - Hall was great for 40 of us - AV systems and Projector were great (which normally easy to have challenges) - Support who were available in the Hall (Prakash, and other kitchen staffs) all were exceeded our expectations - Everyone appreciated the Food Spread ! Special thanks to the Chef : Hithayathullah S I would rate a promoter score if there were a NPS survey 😊 Finally the Banquet ***ager Divya was a great person to work with, she ensured all our meeting needs are taken care from the Quote estimation to Final Invoice.

I asked for a room to be reserved just three hours before we landed in Chennai, due to last minute schedule change. Dinesh who confirmed the room had made arrangements for our smooth check-in at 2 am despite being quite late at night. The stay was comfortable; value for money and excellent location. Our local transport arrangements were well organized, again by Dinesh and his colleagues provided good service and attended to all our requirements during stay. Our compliments to the entire team at Nachiappa Park.

The housekeeping staff were accommodative and ensured that I had all the amenities for my stay. The chef always checked and wished me during breakfast and recommended several dishes to try. The reception staff and staff at the travel service were accommodative to the changes in flight schedule and were pleasant . I also indulged in a Spa session and it was out of the world. All my body pains were dealt with and was eased into a state of rest. It was a wonderful experience and the all the staff at GRT made my trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

Kami mendaftar masuk ke tempat ini dengan tempahan untuk penginapan dua malam - Jumaat dan Sabtu (daftar keluar pada hari Ahad). Kami mendaftar masuk lewat dan kerana kami adalah 3 tetamu semuanya (saya ***** bersama suami saya dan saya yang berumur 12 tahun), kami diberitahu bahawa kami akan dikenakan bayaran untuk katil tambahan. Kami berkata kami ok dengannya. Kami pergi ke bilik dan terus mengingatkan kakitangan rumah untuk mendapatkan katil dan akhirnya lebih kurang jam 11:00 malam mereka mendapatnya. Sarapan pagi, walaupun kelihatan seperti hidangan yang luas tidak mempunyai rasa. Kami terus meminta air di meja tetapi tidak pernah dapat. Kami meminta kopi ringan dan kopi yang dihidangkan adalah yang paling kuat. Apabila bertanya, pelayan berkata ia bo*** ditukar ”jika anda mahu”. Me***dangkan saya tidak berjaya, kami memutuskan untuk mendaftar keluar pada hari Sabtu itu sendiri dan bukannya Ahad. Apabila ditanya sama ada mereka bo*** membayar balik jumlah satu hari, kami diberitahu sistem mereka tidak membenarkannya. Kami meninggalkannya dan mula me***du pulang ke Bangalore. Dalam perjalanan pulang, kami mendapat panggilan daripada kaunter penerimaan tetamu bahawa kami perlu membayar untuk katil tambahan. Kami bertanya sama ada pembayaran ini bo*** diselaraskan dengan jumlah tempahan hari tambahan, jawapannya adalah tidak mungkin. Sehingga kami kembali ke Bangalore, kami mendapat sekurang-kurangnya 6 panggilan peringatan untuk membuat pembayaran dan suami saya terus memberitahu bahawa dia me***du dan akan membuat pembayaran apabila kami pulang ke rumah. Kami melakukan itu sebagai perkara pertama sebaik sahaja kami kembali. Pagi Ahad sekali lagi kami mendapat panggilan bahawa pembayaran tidak ditunjukkan dalam ”sistem”. Kami mencadangkan mereka menunggu sehingga ia muncul pada sistem. Sekali lagi - panggilan peringatan. Kemudian suami saya akhirnya menawarkan untuk menghantar tangkapan skrin pembayaran yang dibuat pada malam sebelumnya dan menyelesaikannya. Beberapa jam kemudian, kami menerima sekurang-kurangnya dua panggilan yang meminta kami mendaftar keluar pada pukul 12:00 tengah hari Ahad! Apabila kami memberitahu bahawa hampir 24 jam kami menyemak, sekali lagi jawapannya adalah sama - ”ia tidak ditunjukkan dalam sistem”. Su*** tiba masanya sama ada sistem anda berfungsi atau anda mempunyai kakitangan yang bo*** mengendalikan perkara ini secara ***ual. Hotel berfungsi sebelum sistem wujud dan dengan cara yang lebih mesra pelanggan - tidak menghantui mereka dengan sedozen panggilan!

Comfortable stay.Staff were very friendly especially Mr Anupam was very caring throughout. Good variety of restaurants. The gym was excellent too. Very close by to Apollo hospital, which was my most priority.

Siamo stati qui all’inizio del Tour e non ci era dispiaciuto. Sì, ci sono tanti lavoretti da fare, imbiancature, mattonelle del pavimento scheggiate ecc ma complessivamente poteva andare anche se cose come la serratura che ho fotografato si preferirebbe non vederle in un Hotel . Wi-Fi buono e safety box nella stanza. La cena è buona così come la colazione. La stanza che ci avevano dato era grande con un letto king size e questo è un vantaggio. Torniamo dopo due setti***e di tour e ripassiamo da qui per una notte prima dell'aereo per il ritorno ed ecco che la stanza che ci danno è rimpicciolita così come il letto che è una piazza e mezzo o poco più. Pure il bagno è più piccolo. Inutile dire che lo scherzo non ci è piaciuto. E poi, da quando chi è già cliente viene penalizzato quando torna?!? Non posso dire di essere rimasto contento, quindi non lo consiglierei ai miei amici.

I had the most wonderful experience at Taj Connemara. Right from check in where my the receptionist upgraded me, to my encounter with Gracy Varghese, who noticed my tired and worn out state and sent me foot bath to my room. (I was so touched I could cry) she was god sent. Cherry on the cake was my dinner at Rain tree. Venky and Arpita ensured I try a bit of everything and not once did they make me feel that I was dining alone on a work trip, Chef Vinod cooked up delicious delicacies and the payasam was out of the world. I am so glad I stayed here, fallen in love with Chennai thanks to the courteous staff of Taj Connemara. Will definitely visit again and come back with family. Highly recommend! ♥️
