Elements Hostel

I often use maps, to find hostels with dormitories. And when i came to Chennai, i found this hostel with a very good review. So upon reaching Chennai, i directly came to this place. I didn’t book any bed in advance. when i went to the reception, they gave me a bed in the dormatory. The reception was as described by others. Very well ***nered staff. It felt like another home to me. Mahesh and his team is really something else. Each and everyone was well organised, kind warm hearted. I am glad i came to this hostel. Next time i visit Chennai again, I'll just head straight to this hostel. 10/10 recommend.

Really amazing place! especial for first time, solo female traveler in India! The ***ager Magesh and the team were all very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make my first landing in India a soft one, from giving a lot of good information and advice, accompanying and helping me get a sim, find an atm (and learn how to cross a street!), book a bus ticket and find an alternative when the bus got canceled due to weather. Also, Magesh upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom since it was not occupied, for no extra charge. Magesh's moto seems to be 'reach out for any question, any time'. Im really really grateful for this care, it made my first few days in India much much less intimidating and it gives a lot of confidence knowing that there is someone to turn to. Very highly recommended.

This has been a wonderful experience. The hostel staff is extremely welcoming and accomodating, regarding any questions you would have or help you would need. The location is great and it is easily reachable from the airport through the metro. The rooms and the hostel are clean, the beds are comfy. If you're a solo wo*** travelling in Chennai, don't hesitate, I felt really safe. I strongly recommend!

excellent choice for a solo female traveller. very friendly staff who go the extra mile to help you and make you feel like family. very safe environment. quiet street. great location (5 min by foot from metro (airport line). good for remote working. nice homemade breakfast. would definitely come back!

I went there only for a day not expecting much from the price that I had paid. I was always in contact with Mr. Magesh, representative from the hostel. He was very considerate and asked what my plans were and took care of all the needs without even asking for it. When I reached the hostel, I was bombed with the generous hospitality by Mr. Shiva, he kept asking us for food, chai and was very helpful. His cheerful smile and helpful attitude literally made my day in Chennai. Since, there were not ***y people residing in the hostel, Magesh was kind enough to upgrade me from dorm to a private room. The hostel is very accessible from all modes of transportation, Metro station is at a 5 min walking distance from the property. Airport, Railway station and bus stands are on the Metro route. The locality is very quiet and peaceful. ***y eateries and restaurants are at a stone throwaway distance. It felt like staying at home because it was actually a house turned into a hostel and the with the same warm hospitality you get at home. I want to thank the whole team working behind it and I’d recommend everyone to Elements Hostel. I think these guys should give lessons on hospitality to the whole industry. Special thanks to Mr. Shiva for making my stay pleasant and memorable.

We went for my mom treatment in life line hospital.. had been stay around more than 2weeks...good ambiance, friendly staffs,assisted whatever we need round the clock...special thanks to Mr.Prince, ***ager Mr.Magesh,Cook Narayanamoorthi Anna,Siva anna and Sekar anna for their humble service while our whole stay...timely and memorable stay..thanks to staffs and ***agement for safe and markable stay...
