no swimming pool even though advertized. no air conditioning in teh corridors. the carpet in the main lobby stinks. the rooms are nice and spaciaous and the service staff is excellent. the bathrooms are also nice and big and water is hot on de***d. in my specific bath, the mixer was broken so water came out of the both teh show and the hand faucet together. towels are clean but only 99% dry. bathrobes are fresh and comfortable. so are teh beds and pillows. The inroom entertainment was very poor. (the raintree in st mary's road has better curated selection of entertainment). the views are of urban streets so nothing much to say. the colour schme is horrendous but that is only my personal opinion. The 24/7 coffee shop ”kitchen” had nice breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide range of food, all well cooked. all in all the newer Raintree hotel on st mary's road is much better, but the rooms and bathrooms there are much smaller. i hope once they finish renovating this hotel will get its act together.

We used Banquet Hall in Raintree Hotel St Marys Road Thanks for offering a fantastic hospitality today whilst we had our day workshop today at your premises. - Hall was great for 40 of us - AV systems and Projector were great (which normally easy to have challenges) - Support who were available in the Hall (Prakash, and other kitchen staffs) all were exceeded our expectations - Everyone appreciated the Food Spread ! Special thanks to the Chef : Hithayathullah S I would rate a promoter score if there were a NPS survey 😊 Finally the Banquet ***ager Divya was a great person to work with, she ensured all our meeting needs are taken care from the Quote estimation to Final Invoice.

The housekeeping staff were accommodative and ensured that I had all the amenities for my stay. The chef always checked and wished me during breakfast and recommended several dishes to try. The reception staff and staff at the travel service were accommodative to the changes in flight schedule and were pleasant . I also indulged in a Spa session and it was out of the world. All my body pains were dealt with and was eased into a state of rest. It was a wonderful experience and the all the staff at GRT made my trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to have a club feel and went down to the club. They could have played tamil songs, its India and your guests are Indians, playing on and off English songs are fine but Tamil songs would really been better

I had the most wonderful experience at Taj Connemara. Right from check in where my the receptionist upgraded me, to my encounter with Gracy Varghese, who noticed my tired and worn out state and sent me foot bath to my room. (I was so touched I could cry) she was god sent. Cherry on the cake was my dinner at Rain tree. Venky and Arpita ensured I try a bit of everything and not once did they make me feel that I was dining alone on a work trip, Chef Vinod cooked up delicious delicacies and the payasam was out of the world. I am so glad I stayed here, fallen in love with Chennai thanks to the courteous staff of Taj Connemara. Will definitely visit again and come back with family. Highly recommend! ♥️

Good Staff (kanaka, Surya, supervisor Prashanth and others) and nice atmosphere ,good hospitality and nice please to stay here.food is very tasty and delicious .my room cleaning is good and they always kept clean and tidy and their very helpful for our needs. Thank you for the kind staff.

I have stay in room no 535. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty ***ager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar ***ager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor ***ager Mr. V***n and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Stay in Ramada was pretty good. They were very friendly and welcoming with the luxurious decor and amenities❤️❤️❤️ I had a great time there…

The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room.
