Our magical experience was anything but. Mostly due to an awful, protracted, check-in process and a luggage fiasco. After turning up first thing at 8am (to take advantage of the early access to the park) we had a 45-min wait in line to check in (good practice for the park I guess). This despite it not being busy with only 1 family in front of us. We were told our room would be ready by 3pm-ish with our bags put in there so we shrugged off the annoying checkin delay and went out to enjoy the park. Returning at 5pm in the evening with three tired, but happy, kids, we wanted nothing more to get into our room and freshen up before our pre-booked dinner at 6:15. But instead we had another 30 min wait to find out our room number (again with only 1 family in front of us— it must be awful when it IS busy), discovered that the room number had still not been assigned and took 20 mins to sort out, then they phoned us as we walked to our room and said they’d changed their minds and put us in another room (luckily the our key passes were automatically switched over so we didn't need to walk all the way back to reception at the other end of the complex). The bags were not delivered before dinner so no opportunity to freshen up. Nipping back to the room collect something at 8pm (12 hours after arriving!) I found they had STILL not been delivered so I decided to go down and carry all the bags for the 5 people on my family myself, while my wife finished dinner alone with the kids (I had at this point lost all patience and confidence in them being delivered by the hotel). All throughout these incidents multiple members of staff stood around chatting and ignoring you. Another guest complained of similar experience as he waited to collect his bags. Phone calls the reception chasing bags went unanswered and same when you tried the management line. I wouldn’t even have minded taking our own bags if we’d know but had been assured it was all taken care off. I was actually shocked to find they were still in left luggage and not on the way when I went down to complain at 8pm. It’s such a shame as the potential is there to really make this a 5-star experience, with a beautiful building, spaces rooms, and unparalleled location being right by the part, but instead they’re happy to have it look the part for the photos but don’t feel it necessary to deliver for the top-end rate you’re paying for it. If you’re happy to swallow the price and have zero expectations of service (and make sure to take your own bags to your room!) then the unique benefits it gives in its location are great. But for a short trip with a young family, and for which you paid the price you did for a seamless experience it comes up far too short.

je recommande cette hôtel ,la chambre confortable et propre le personnel a l'accueil idem, par contre il faut savoir que le parking est payant a hauteur de 5€ par jour et cela devrait être indiqué lors de la réservation . Nous reviendrons La décorations de noël dans le hall et la salle de repas magnifique De plus a 10mn de Disneyland Paris

We enjoyed it a lot. There was not enough time to explore both the parks and everything the hotel had to offer. Fantastic view of the fireworks

My girlfriend and I planned a trip to Disneyland from the 1 January to the 4 January. Within the 4 days and 3 nights, it was honestly worth its price point. Going to the hotel was a breeze as it’s just a few minutes away from the Val D’Europe RER station. For service, they seem quite understaffed but still they were very helpful and friendly. For places to eat, there are quite a few restaurants to choose from but we usually just ate at the Vietnamese place nearby which very worth it. Also if you like to cook on your own, there provide a complete set of cookery and equipment as well as a dish washer. However it would be nice if they also had a washing machine as well.
