We stayed here for my daughters graduation, it was an excellent Choice due to the central location. The buffet breakfast was more than enough to start the day, we didn’t need to upgrade to the full English even though it looked good.

I recently stayed here 2 nights as I was getting married at the registry office, everything about the hotel was fantastic but I want to give a shout out to the young woman on recpetion who was very polite and friendly and arranged for some procecco in the room which we found after the wedding it was a lovely touch thank you

Checked in to find the room we booked was not available. Booked a classic double with cot for baby. Only had twin room available with no bed for baby, and 2 single beds for me and my wife this was not the room we booked. Reception was very apologetic but there was nothing they could do. We had no choice but to accept as it was 10pm and no alternative. Hotel itself is very nice and breakfast was pleasant. Staff very polite. Just over shadowed by the room situation on this occasion. Stayed here before and will likely stay again.

Checking in at the main Oddfellows hotel was smooth but it would have helped to have the exact address of the apartment in advance, so we could park more easily. There is one parking space at the apartment but it is a tight entrance! Apartment 5 was upstairs and very spacious. The lounge/kitchen/diner was well set up and the tea and coffee available was very welcome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, comfy and clean (but could do with a few hooks for towels or coats). There is even a laundry room. Decof is quirky and the location is great - just off the main streets. Fabulous place to stay.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff were excellent. But, when I booked the room it had a picture of a small double bed. When I arrived, it turned out to be a tiny single bedroom with a single bed in it. The windows didn't open at all, and the bed was way too soft. I didn't sleep at all. I did tell the receptionist at 4.30am, and again at breakfast time. They both apologised, but did nothing about it. I just feel that £102.00 is a lot to pay for no sleep.
