El hotel es bueno para estadías cortas y está muy bien ubicado en la parte norte de la ciudad.

BH Usaquen advertises itself and charges accordingly as a 4* Hotel, but it is nowhere near a 4* quality. If BH Usaquen advertised itself as a 2* or even a 3* hotel, I would have rated it better, but then again, I would not have booked this place if it was advertised as a 2* or a 3* Hotel. The point here is that when you put yourself in the big leagues, then you have to act accordingly. The hotel rooms do not have A/Cs. I mean a 4* hotel with no A/Cs. They give you a lousy fan. The room ddid not smell fresh. It was okay, but nothing that special. It was medium clean. No water to the guests. Breakfast is expensive. For the price this hotel, charges, I recommend that people should go to others nearby hotels. I would never stay here again, and don't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 4* experience. I highly recommend that BH Usaquen includes breakfast on their standard rates and gives a small bottle of water/coffee or at least have something in the lobby that dispenses water for the guests at no charge.

Este hotel es de lo PEOR, esta ubicado en uno de los mejores sectores de la ciudad de Bogotá, pero me sentí en un hotel del centro de Bogotá, no hay celaduria no hay suficiente personal para prestar los servicios, uno de los botones lleva mas de 24 horas trabajando, el señor de la recepción no sabe de servicio al cliente, el desayuno PÉSIMO, tienen a un señor de edad atendiendo todas las mesas y casi ni escucha y lo mas absurdo es que solicitamos que nos prepararan unos huevos y la contestacion fue que ho tenian huevos en el hotel. Adicional a esto, prestan el hotel para unos eventos en el sexto piso que empezaron el viernes desde las 8 de la mañana hasta la 8 de la noche donde brincan, gritan tienen trompetas y pitos, hoy es domingo y llevamos tres dias aguntando este ruido nos hemos quejado en varias oportunidades y nadie hace nada nisiquiera el recepcionista que es el unico que esta en este momento en el hotel. Y lo peor de todo es que no hay un GERENTE o por lo menos un ADMINISTRADOR que ponga la cara. LES ACONSEJO QUE NUNCA SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL ES TERRIBLEEE¡¡¡ PDTA: La unica persona que nos prestó un buen servicio y se ve que tiene experiencia en servicio al cliente fue Sandra la persona de recepción que estaba el viernes 12 en la mañana.

Hola, fui con mi novia en 2014, fue mi primer visita a Bogota; un hotel muy limpio, ordenado, se duerme bien, pese a que esta cerca de avenidas en la noche no hay ruido y con un desayuno bufett rico y abundante, sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este lugar. El personal súper atento, amable y servicial. 100% recomendable,

Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is courteous overall. The experience could have been better: 1. At arrival, the staff wanted us to wait to check in while they took care of the Íbera crew who had arrived after us. Customers should be served in the order they arrive. Very rude and unprofessional. 2. Breakfast was mediocre. They do not serve soy or almond milk, despite being readily available in Bogotá. We had to go buy a bottle and carry it to breakfast, which was inconvenient. The hotel should provide a milk alternative. There was also too few staff for breakfast and often we had to wait for coffee refill and fruit to be available since there was only one waitress to cover breakfast. She was nice but at least another person should be available. 3. We reserved a premium room with two beds and were given in haste, to get rid of us so they could take care of the Iberia crew, a room with one bed. When we came back to get this fixed, the receptionist gave us a horrible connecting room with no blackout curtains and super noisy, room 311. At this point, it was late and we were exhausted so we waited for next morning to get another room. They eventually, through much insistence our part, assigned us the room we had originally paid for. No excuse, no upgrade, nothing, just a blank stare from the manager, she could not care about the issue we brought up. 4. Location: This is a residential area, which makes it hard to get in and out by car due to the street configuration. The hotel is across a canal that stinks so walking along or opening a window, not an option. The furnishings and decorations are very nice and elegant and the views from the terrace are nice. The clientele is quiet and well behaved. The cleaning staff is fantastic, the room was impeccably cleaned every day.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de Transmilenio, también se puede ir a varios lugares caminando y es muy lindo su alrededor. la calidad del desayuno es buena, sirven un buffet con frutas, queso, jamón, jugo de naranja yogur, huevos, panes, pancakes, bebidas calientes ( café o chocolate). Lo negativo que tiene este bufet es que sirven Waffles pero no hay miel para estos ni mermelada, se pidió en varias ocasiones hasta que por fin la niña con cierta pena tuvo que decir que no había. La habitación es confortable y algo para resaltar es que siempre permanece muy limpia y ordenada lo cual me encanta, el punto negativo de la habitaciones es que a pesar de que el hotel está en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa durante toda la noche hay un motor que se enciende y se apaga constantemente lo que interrumpe el buen descanso.

Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y nos trasladaron de nuevo al retorno. Muy buen servicio, habitaciones precisas y con camas muy cómodas. Muy limpias, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. como viajamos para un concierto allí cerca, también organizaron el traslado del hotel al sitio y luego al terminar el evento nos recogieron.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel for a month's stay. The first time was in July 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, from the reception level, chambermaids, dining room, guards, all always with a smile, courteous and providing warm service. The hotel gives a homey and warm feeling which is very important. The rooms are always pleasant and the food is plentiful. Thanks to the hotel staff who made our stay at the hotel for a whole month feel like home. There is no doubt that if we return to Bogotá you are our hotel! Keep your existing team, because they are truly amazing Thank you!

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%
