I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. The exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

Staff was polite(as you find everywhere in Thailand), but unfortunately the room was not clean properly. I was there 4 days, my room was cleaned on my 3rd day there which I didn't see the point as I was leaving next day. Bed sheet & towels were stained and bathroom really needs a good scrub. Another disadvantage of staying there is that is far from city center so, the tour companies always asked me for an extra 400 bath to pick me up and dropp me off as it's beyond the 5 km radious within the city.

Stayed another 2 times here, with the rellies. One night when we arrived from Bangkok, the other night when we were heading back to Bangkok. The first night when we went inside the room it seemed like it was full of mosquitoes, certainly plenty of them!! I went down to reception and asked for some insect spray, but the staff insisted that a maintenance person do the deed. He arrived, bent down under the lounge room bench and gave a quick spray, towards the floor!! When he stood up again I took the can and sprayed around the room and bathroom for him. We went out for dinner and when we came back all the pests had gone; Magic!! The second night was fine, for once. Just under 1,000 baht for the 2 nights, so getting cheaper too.

The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

Absolutely loved the place. The service was good,we had breakfast jst one day and it was lovely. Location is also good, just five mins walk from the main road and very near from Maya mall and opposite to Maya mall, they have night markets and we were lucky to be able to go there. Our rooms and beds were cleaned everything, water refilled everyday and anytime we asked.. they provided very nice quality of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion. Me and my sister had a lovely time here. Will absolutely stay again when I come to Chiang Mai again!!

Pleasant and professional staff, a small boutique character hotel with all rooms overlooking the pool and open pavilion. I had rooms 102 and 205, both smallish rooms suitable for one or two people, there are larger rooms available, the bathrooms were a bit dark, better bulbs would fix it. The pavilion is open on three sides with comfortable seating, the pool has a shallower area suitable for small children and a deeper, larger area. I will stay here again

This is an excellent hotel, clean, big, good location, night market is just 400 ft away, walking distance to many temples . The hotel got airport pickup service which is so convenient. The hotel provides welcomed drinks and served chocolate which is fantastic. Breakfast is good with plenty of varieties. The Thai Restaurant in the hotel is good and cheap. The hotel staffs provide excellent service. Thanks Phim and Arm, tried their best to satisfy our needs and made our stay felt so warm and comfortable. The only downside is the swimming pool and gym is not big enough. Other than that, everything is good. We will definitely refer this hotel to our friends and will stay in this hotel again when we come to Chiang Mai in the future.

Recently stayed at Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel in Chiang Mai. The location of the hotel was not ideal, situated quite far to various attractions. Fair to say that the room was good and provided the basic amenities, delicious breakfast, though it felt a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, some areas of improvement could include modernizing the facilities and updating the decor to enhance the overall guest experience, especially there are leakage near bathroom area, it definitely has potential to be vintage hotel if improvement made

Great location for the festival over the last couple of days! It’s basic but adequate for needs. The only downside in that the pool doesn’t really get much sun so if you want you use it for swimming it’s fine but not so great if you want to sunbathe. Staff polite and friendly. It was a great hotel with awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Location was fantastic, across roads were Maya mall and infront hotel was one Ninman. White market bazaar was nearby and good for late night shopping. We stayed for 3 nights, overall a great stay, swimming pool was under renovation, didn't manage to access it and it was a great pity but they offered alternatives. Housekeeping service could be better improvised as they didn't manage to replenish the bath lotion after 1st night.

I wish I was able to stay longer with them as I really enjoyed it there. The guesthouse is located just by the McDonald's outside tha phae gate down a side street. The host was amazing and really took an interest in you. The rooms were lovely and large, quiet at night and comfortable. They have free fruit,tea and coffee in the lobby as well as you can purchase cold drinks and beers. I'll def be staying with them again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!

We walked in with another couple and did a booking for two rooms in person because it was close to a Chinese traditional medicine clinic that we wanted to go to in the late afternoon. Sadly we found out that the price that we paid was more than 50% higher than was available on Agoda (we paid Bt900 and change versus 600 and change on the internet.) The location was perfect for what we wanted and the swimming pool and general presentation of the place is very pleasant. However I don't think our bathroom has been properly cleaned for about 10 years. There is lots of mold everywhere. The sink fitting is so loose that it rotates and has to be held with one hand while you turn the water on. When you do turn the water on a lot of rust comes out with the water at the beginning. The same is true of the other water fittings. I think it may be perhaps that there are iron pipes that are badly rusted. If you get the internet deal it's probably worth it. But the drop in price is very much overpriced. Sorry.

We wanted to stay through Jan.1 at our original luxury hotel, but we could not at the time of booking, nor, was there a vacancy during our stay. We looked at google maps and tried all of the places closest. No vacancies. We found this budget hotel that had ONE room left! It is in walking distance to Three Kings Monument, Phra Singh, and other Old City venues, massage spas, etc. Estia has a cottage feeling, like a hotel in rural Europe with Thai surroundings. Everything was clean, large bathroom, hot water, the usual soaps and shampoos. bring your own conditioner and shavers. We always bring our own just in case, but sometimes these budget hotels will give you them if you ask. The wifi was strong. The TV had the usual Thai channels with a few in English. The gardens were sweet with lots of flowers. The pool is clean and more lounge chairs than at some luxury hotels! The indoor dining area is large for groups and you can sit outside but it might not be convenient for toasting bread etc. We only ate breakfast, and, at 149 baht, it was very reasonable. A water jug and clean glasses, an automated americano and espresso machine, fresh milk and cream, cereals including muesli etc. White and whole wheat bread. You choose from menu pancakes or eggs of different cooking methods. Two eggs. You get a small plate of two types of fruit. If you calculate the cost of coffee, this 149 baht price is very fair. A suggestion for certain travelers: you could stay at a luxury resort a day or more for the experience then switch to Estia for the rest of the week unless you are very picky, because if you are a tourist out all day then this is just a place to sleep. We live in Chiang Mai as retirees. Staying in Estia brought me back to my youth traveling around Europe! At $27 a night, Estia may surprise you. It is an older place but we are concerned with cleanliness. Estia is very clean. Grab Taxi easily finds Estia,

The hotel is new and very clean. All fixtures and fittings are new and beautiful.. I guess that is the reason why the hotel is not fully occupied and in many occasions you have the entire pool and kitchen to yourself which is wonderful! The kitchen offers a few options for cooked rice and eggs. The freshly cooked fried rice and fried rice noodles are really delicious.. But the kitchen staff are not very fluent in English so they may misunderstood your orders. You need to repeat your order a few times to make it clear to them..Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful ambiance and nice breakfast served in this hotel.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed so far. Very clean and looks very nice and pleasing. I think this is newly built. Staff are so kind and accommodating. Place is close to temples, massage spas, stores, restos, old gate is 20 min walk. I don’t usually like being on the top bunk but this stay was comfortable. Beds are nice and sturdy. Big too. You dont hear a noise when going up the top bunk. Small breakfast of coffee and toast are provided in the morning.

優點——酒店的位置很好，非常方便，可以通過步行到一些景點。由於酒店位於清真寺前，附近幾乎沒有清真食品。房間寬敞（套房），我們住了5晚。工作人員很友好。缺點——沒有免費飲料，房間沒有地毯，沒有卧室拖鞋，淋浴間沒有附帶浴缸，熱水器不工作，房間沒有任何安全主門，即沒有卧室門，衹有一個安全鎖。如果你們有安全意識，那肯定是不行的。早餐是2種切片水果，煮雞蛋，雞肉香腸，白麵包沙拉（不要指望美味的早餐），我最終去麥當勞吃早餐（步行3分鐘），房間的牆壁真的需要補漆，這樣房間才會看起來更乾淨舒適。

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

十分漂亮及舒適的酒店，超多打卡位，房入面拍照都好靚，成個trip ，每日都會在酒店留到中午才岀發。 酒店早餐雖然款式不多，但味道都非常不錯。酒店餐廳，bar 的質素高，而且性價比高，即使全日留在酒店都無問題。十分suggest 情侶，或者一家人入住。而且，所以員工都非常友善，好客。 雖然位置比較偏僻，不過清邁都習慣call 車岀入，所以影響不大。

1.預訂的時候沒有備註來可以給我寫，要雙床還是大床。我就一直沒有管這件事情，直到我入住的時候前台就説我沒有寫這個備註，所以他們沒有給我留雙床，所以當我要連着三天的時候，他説我要搬兩次房間最後經過協調等了，他半個小時才給我們搞了一張可以不搬房間的雙床房。以後預訂的朋友們記得寫備註，或者不要預訂這種雙床大床隨機安排的酒店。 2.隔音很差，隔壁的人在陽台打噴嚏，我關了陽台玻璃窗在房間裏能聽得一清二楚。 3.衣帽櫃的燈關不了，衹能用一個黑色的窗簾遮住，但是光還是能透過縫隙照出來。 4.浴室放沐浴露的地方很窄。 5.早餐的菜單上有煎蛋吃，但是默認是太陽蛋，所以如果有要吃全熟雞蛋的朋友，記得跟他説boiled egg。 5.有2個游泳池很好。 6.服務人員的態度很好，前台、客房和餐廳。 7.衹提供早午餐，不做晚餐。

ที่ตั้งอยู่ในซอย เดินจากถนนหลักประมาณ 100 กว่าเมตร รถยนต์เข้าลำบากหน่อย ไม่มีที่กลับรถ ราคา walk in 200 บาท ถูกกว่าจองผ่านเวบไชต์ต่างๆ เดินไปประตูท่าแพ และตลาดวโรรสได้ นอนห้องหญิง 4 เตียง เตียงไม่มีม่านกั้น มีไฟ มีปลั๊กหัวเตียงให้ เพื้นเตียงเป็นเหมือนเตียงสปริง เวลาขยับตัวเสียงเตียงจะดังเอี๊ยดอ๊าด ผ้าห่มผืนบางและสั้นเกิน สูง 168 แทบจะไม่คลุมปลายเท้า มีแอร์ให้เปิดตามสบายไม่จำกัดเวลา พื้นที่ห้องกว้างดีไม่อึดอัด มีพื้นที่ให้วางของได้ สะอาดสะอ้านห้องน้ำอยู่ในห้องเลย ไม่ต้องออกไปใช้นอกห้องนอน ห้องน้ำกว้างแต่ไม่แยกส่วนเปียก ส่วนแห้ง มีสบู่ ยาสระผมให้ ส่วนผ้าเช็ดตัวต้องขอจากพนักงานเอง พนักงานทุกคนก็บริการดีมากๆ
