Chilling place and cozy

Good clean room, clean bathroom.

Good service, very friendly, feels like staying at a relative's house. The location is near the walking street, near the Mekong River, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Most importantly, there are laundry shops on both sides of the road for you to choose to use the service. Very convenient. Very impressed. Recommend to use the service.

Couldn't find the hotel. Called but couldn't get through. Called several times but couldn't get through, so had to stay somewhere else. Wasted money for nothing. Another day, called but could get through. Tried calling but the owner spoke rudely, said it was the customer's fault that the call couldn't get through. Didn't try to find the hotel. Didn't follow the pin (we followed the pin but couldn't see it. The reason we rushed to find the hotel was because we had children with us. Just wanted to ask why the number provided didn't get through but the hotel said the phone was fine. How could it be fine when the call couldn't get through? It would be good to have another backup number.
