시설 서비스 위치 모두 최고였습니다 ㅎㅎ 숙소에 자쿠지도 있고 침실 3개 화장실 3개 너무 넓고 좋았어요 직원들 모두 너무 친절해서 기억에 남아요

這家民宿太棒了 房間有廚房 可以煮東西 很方便 服務好得我都有點不好意思 關鍵地理很好，隔壁就是711 離寧曼路也很近，天不熱的話，Maya商場可以步行走過去 早餐很有ins風

이곳은 치앙마이 여행 중 최고의 숙소입니다. 숙소 바로 옆에 편의점과 꼬치집, 스타벅스가 있어 편했으며, 객실과 수영장 시설의 청결도가 굉장히 우수합니다. 최고의 숙소로 뽑히는 가장 큰 이유는 바로 직원분들 입니다. 모두 너무 친절하시고 손님 한 분 한 분께 정말 다정하고 친근하게 대해주셔서 체크아웃 당일에는 직원분들과 작별이 아쉬웠습니다. 치앙마이를 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 굳이 단점을 뽑자면 수질은 안 좋은 편인거 같습니다. 다른 숙소에 비해 샤워기 필터가 금방 까매졌네요.

兩室一廳，很温馨，像自己家一樣，衞生打掃的很乾凈，前台大廳的香味超級好聞，每次回來都很舒服，邊上就是711，買東西非常方便，唯一不足就是晚上邊上的大排檔有些吵，其他都非常完美，泳池很小，可以拍照

房間很好，家人很滿意早餐和房間的衞生整潔。 服務人員健談且主動服務，已諮詢今年夏天回來再住。 環境好，大堂香薰味好，公區很出片。

服務確實不錯，就是房間的桌子梳粧台等等都很小，廁所洗手枱的洗漱用品一不小心就全被我一碰全到馬桶裏了，非常尷尬，應該用個籃子裝起來吧，其他都還不錯

但是吸煙的小夥伴，還是要注意，它室外沒有煙灰缸，所以煙頭不要拿回屋子裡丟，不然查房的時候會誤認為在室內吸煙，會比較麻煩🚭

非常推薦，家庭兩房出行在説明處備註可以有連在一起的家庭房。餐廳很好，裝修有情調。

We had the most welcoming and accommodating stay at Villa Alanna. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Make sure you bring cash for the 1000thb deposit as they do not accept a credit card. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent 8 nights at Villa Alanna in the Khu-muang suite. The Villa is located on the street that boarders the west side of the old walled town. Getting into old town is fairly easy on foot or by flagging a tuk-tuk. The inn is small, with a lovely open air cafe for breakfast and a small dipping pool. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a living/dining area and kitchen and a separate bedroom with very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was modern and new with a terrific shower. The tv allows you to connect to Netflix and other streaming platforms. The staff here are friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and were really comfortable. Felt like a small apartment or home away from home.

May I just say this is the highlight of our trip! With an outdoor temperature of 38°c and haze pollution, we found comfort each time we return to this cozy nest and welcoming staff. Being extremely picky about cleanliness, I am very glad we picked Villa Alanna as our home for the trip. The place is very clean and new. And the place smelling good is really a bonus!! Food was pretty awesome too. Breakfast was served to the room on time every morning with a good selection to choose from. Hospitality was overwhelming. All staff from check in to room service were friendly and very helpful. Their sincerity and positive work attitude are highly commendable! Kudos to an excellent team!

My wife and I moved to Chiang Mai recently and we needed to stay at a clean hotel for a month while we searched for an apartment of our own. Our stay at Villa Alanna went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms on the website looked fantastic, but it was actually even better in person. The rooms look brand new and every nook and cranny was completely spotless, including the dishware. The beds are king sized and incredibly comfortable. Our maid, Pui, made up our room every other day and ensured our room was always 100% clean and the toiletries were always replaced. One day we came back with dirty boots from the elephant sanctuary and to our surprise, Pui cleaned both of them and left them out to dry. The best part of the Villa was the staff! They were very kind to help us with loading and unloading our luggage, helping us with interpreting Thai documents, and even shared food with us! We really felt like they were a part of our family and we still keep in touch to this day (Thank you Phung, Fon, and Nikky - I'm so sorry if I misspelled your names!). On top of this, we got to meet the owner, Nitiya, who took the time out of her day to get to know us on a personal level. Nitiya is so kind, communicative, and down to earth!! Villa Alanna is not just any ordinary hotel, it's truly a home away from home. 10/10 would stay here again any day! P.S there is also a Villa Alanna in Phuket that is brand new, so if you're planning to visit I recommend you stay at the Villa!!
