If you book in advance, the price is excellent. It's a great value-for-money hotel in Chiang Mai. It's quiet at night, without the noise of traffic and motorbikes, which is really comfortable.

Great service and amenities. We would like to stay there again if we were in Chiang Mai next time.

This hotel is pretty good! Its location near Nimman Road is super convenient. The cleanliness was okay, though the place felt a bit old. The pool area was beautiful. They offered a wide variety of breakfast options, but the taste was just so-so, acceptable.

First time complaining. The room was so run down, I wonder how they edited the photos; there's a huge difference from reality. I couldn't even brave staying another night.

The hotel looks quite new, and the surroundings are lovely, enveloped by lush greenery. There's also a great-looking pool; it's perfect for a swim when it's warm during the day. Many foreigners were enjoying themselves in the pool without swim caps, just relaxing, which looked quite comfortable. This was by far the quietest hotel I stayed at in Chiang Mai. It's tucked away down an alley, so there isn't much traffic, and plane noise isn't noticeable. The only sound was the air conditioning unit, but it was almost like white noise, which actually helped me sleep really well. The second hotel I moved to later almost drove me crazy with noise. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was good too. I paid just under 600 for two nights, which is excellent value for money. The location might be slightly out of the way; it's about a ten-minute walk to Maya Mall and One Nimman. For this price and level of quietness, I'm more than happy to walk a little further.

Staff didn’t communicate that well in English. I had to ask for help with the room 3 times before having someone come up. Location is good and hotel is clean, service just isn’t very good. The proximity to the beach and an awesome gym nearby as well as a bunch of places to eat were the highlight of this stay, not the hotel itself.

It was a nice garden. but the bathroom facilities were old and didn't work properly, especially the water quality wasn't good. I always bring a filter shower when traveling. The filter turned black in just one day. Service and breakfast is as normal.

Excellent hotel! It's super close to the lively Maya Mall, just a few minutes' walk away. Transportation around here is also very convenient; you can easily catch a taxi right outside on the street.

Perfect layover hotel for your last day in Chiang Mai. Fairly close to Nimman mall but otherwise the surrounding is a bit run down. The pool was freezing cold, not especially private and was smallish. Closes at 8 pm, which is extremely early. The bathroom was especially small.

Overall a quite good experience. The breakfast was also nice and included a lot of variety. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Chiang Mai. Thanks.

The service was very welcoming, and the room was clean. The hotel's location is also good, tucked away in an alley right next to Nimman Road, with a convenient parking lot. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy. What stood out the most was the excellent attitude of the staff. The breakfast was very rich and the swimming pool on the first floor was also clean and comfortable.
