Very basic hostel-style guesthouse. Sooo many rooms and floors, no elevator. Everything was clean and functioning as expected. And the reception is SUPER nice. Very kind - waited very late to make sure I checked in, even though she never got the verification email I had sent through Trip.Com, indicating what time I would arrive. Excellent location, just a short walk from main roads with lots of activity and bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Heart of the city, but on a quiet street!

For budget travelers it is a very nice option in the Old Town.

For the price you pay, i think this hotel is worth it. The selling point of this hotel might be the fact that it's quite close to the Thapae Gate.

Reasonable price, good location.

According to the room rate, the location and facilities inside the room are acceptable. However, the guesthouse owner (the lady-in-charge) is very mean. I stayed for 2 nites, she only gave me one bottle of water, no more. No water heater inside the room. She only turned on the water heater in the reception area downstairs when I asked for during breakfast time. Totally not customer-oriented. No friendly and welcome smile.

Good location, we only stayed one night so can’t do a full review but what we experienced was pleasant.

The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is good, the staff at reception are good and very friendly.

Good hotel in the heart of city

I was particularly disappointed by the condition of this room. Upon arrival, I found the room dirty with numerous marks on the walls and a persistent and unpleasant smell of cooking grease that made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. The maintenance seems neglected, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and this completely spoils the stay. Despite the presence of some basic amenities (desk, fan, private bathroom), the lack of hygiene and the bad smells mean that I do not recommend this accommodation, even for one night. Avoid if you are looking for a minimum of comfort and cleanliness.

The facilities are very basic! It's very close to the inner gate of the old city.

The rooms are old and could be cleaner. The lady is friendly, and the location is excellent.

I stayed in a twin room and a double room for one night each, and although the water was a little weak, the shower was hot and strong. It was very good for the price, and I would like to use it again next time.
