It's right in front of the Chedi. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast choices were marvellous, with plenty of fruits given. Nice stay and good location to walk to Phae Gate etc

Such kind owners/workers. Really go out of their way to ensure guests have a great stay. Very comfortable bed. Amazing shower - maybe the best I have had in years. Excellent breakfast. Convenient, central location. If you can choose, take an upstairs room. The ground floor ones are a little dark. For $25 or so it is an awesome deal.

Cool little spot. Didn't have laundry service. Pool is nice. Good for a weekend stay. Old Town Chiang Mai is very close and a lot of restaurants within walking or short taxi distance. Booked on a whim. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick weekend stay.

Wat een fijne plek! Super ontbijt (a la carte) en iedere dag een schoonmaak. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, heel hartelijk, alsof je bij familie logeert. Hebben ons zelfs na het verblijf daar nog geholpen met vervoer. Een aanrader, wij komen graag terug!

Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage top, extrem zentral und umgeben von vielen tollen Lokalen. Frühstück auch super (selbstgemacht, sehr lecker) und im Preis enthalten. Zimmer leider unmodern und wenig Ausstattung (Nachtlampe defekt, keine Nachttische). Atmosphäre sehr familiär und wohltuend.

We travelled 2 adults - mother/daugther trip. We stayed at Chedi Home for 4 nights and had an absolutely lovely stay! Nuna, We and Son in the reception were very helpful and friendly. They always gave us great recommendations for trips nearby and were very helpful with great and safe transportation and tips around Chiang Mai. Lovely breakfast!! Thank you for contributing to a wonderful vacation in Chiang Mai! We really recommend this hotel!

This lovely little hotel gives you a taste of Thailand with its excellent staff and great rooms, we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast every morning, the room was very clean and comfortable. Good location within walking distance of lots of sights. The staff was very helpful in helping us book excursions etc.

Fantastic place to stay and explore Chiang Mai. So accommodating to my family and I. Helped arrange tours and retrieve our lost luggage from the airport. Felt at home here. 10/10 recommend. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, air conditioning, amazing breakfast, and extremely kind and helpful staff

I was there with my partner, my brother, my mum and her friends. What a mix! 7 people with different needs and preferences. But this hotel and the stuff satisfy all of us! It doesn't need to have 5 stars to be the best hotel of your trip. The ambience, the welcoming, the helpful and warm staff make you feel at home since the first moment you step on it. Oh! And I can not forget about the food! Breakfast, juices, smoothies and everything we had there was so delicious! I will come back :)

A lovely little hotel with super friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in so far, and the room was clean and reasonably spacious. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet, but choice from menu, but it came with loads of lovely different fruits. Hotel is in a good location, and they offer a really reasonable priced laundry service. They also do discounted tours. We would most definitely come back here .

This little gem is tucked away down a side street away from the main road, we had a great stay here, the staff are all so lovely and cant do enough for you. Our room had two double beds, two bathrooms, x2 air con, nice sized balcony with chairs & table, x2 TVs with cable channels, seating areas, towels provided, soap/shampoo etc, water, tea/coffee, x2 fridges, in room safe, beds were comfy, iron, hairdryer, extension lead, there was a curtain that you could pull across to separate the room too. There is a small pool here, its smaller than it looks on the photos and its quite cold but nice to cool down in and the kids still enjoyed it, they pretty much had it to themselves. There is a small gym, the reception area doubles as the restaurant area for breakfast, like lots of other reviews have said the breakfast here is amazing! huge portions, they serve up so much fruit as well! We tried the full breakfast, the cheese and ham croissant, toast, french toast and the amazing fluffy banana pancakes, the kids favourite choice. We booked the elephant excursion though the hotel which was amazing value for money and one of the best thigs we have ever done, highly recommend (Living Green Elephant Sanctuary), the staff are very helpful with choosing the right excursions for you, we would have loved to have done the cooking class too but ran out of time. We used the laundry service through the hotel too which was great and everything came back clean and smelling fresh. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the main centre, the night market and the walking weekend market which is a must see if your there on a Sunday, lots of restaurants, bars and massage a short walk away. We used grab for taxis if ever needed and they were cheap and reliable. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a great stay, thanks Chedi Home.

The people who run this guest house are so nice but the room was a total bummer. We were on the first floor which had two windows that both looked directly at walls or fences. The tiny room has barely any space to put down your bags, no outlets near the bed and a vague mildew smell. The bed was so hard, even by Thailand standards. There just wasn't much room to move around or exist in at all. On top of all that, the room was plagued by mosquitoes and ants (and it did not have a mosquito net). I took a Zoom meeting in the lobby and a cat ran around under my legs with a dead mouse in their mouth the entire time. We were supposed to stay here for four nights but left after one and found a much more lovely guest house not far away. They couldn't give us a refund but we left anyway, that's how much we wanted out.

What a fabulous home away from home hotel. Staff are wonderful. So helpful & thoughtful. In the heart of Chiang Mai right next to an historical Chedi. Breakfast was fantastic. Freshly cooked to your requirements. This hotel is so friendly with lots of atmosphere.great value for money.I can’t wait to visit this little hotel again.
