Great Hotel . Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Price is on par with its value.

Had a great time in this hotel that we extended our stay for a few more days.

This hotel is very good. Location is in CBD of Chiang mai just a walk distance from Nimman and Maya. Room is big and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Toothbrush and toothpaste are on request.

A very nice and well kept hotel that’s a short car ride away from airport and within walking distance from Maya Mall for your needs. It’s good to be away from the busy crowded old city but yet so near from it with an easy ride. Service from the workers were really nice and many local food shops are near the hotel during the day. Highly recommended for this hotel.

This hotel is interesting as it is mostly an open air concept along the corridors. On our first night we were checked into a room that had a bar across the road that played music from 10-1am that even earplugs couldn't muffle out. We requested for a change of room on the other side of the hotel the next morning which they immediately acceded to. They even brought our luggage up for us to the new room while we were out. If you're a light sleeper you might want to take note of this. The beds were also quite soft and sunken in the middle which wasn't great for our backs. Overall, Service is excellent. Breakfast buffet had rotating dishes everyday. Well worth the price. A walking distance to maya mall which has great food options in the food court. Oh and 4k cafe a la carte pizza was alright, but definitely skip the tiramisu. It was frozen and simply not good.

Great location,Spacious room. Nice breakfast with some much variety. Swimming pool is small, the gym is enough for light workout.

Pros: The hotel has a great location — it’s only a few minutes’ walk to Maya. The staff are very friendly, provide comprehensive information, and respond quickly to guests’ requests. Cons: The hotel's facilities are in poor condition. The soundproofing between rooms and from the outside is very poor, and the noise level is relatively high, making it difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep.

The location is fantastic as it’s walking distance to the Maya and lots of good restaurants . The corner room which we had was generously spacious with 2 rooms which easily accommodated the 3 of us comfortably. It’s our second stay within 3 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service is top notch and the staff are very friendly and always very helpful. Special mention to the girls at the front desk especially Jie and Jee Jee for their excellent service and dedication. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend cross vibe to travellers looking for a comfy stay at reasonable prices. Keep up the great work folks. The bosses must be really proud of you. We be back again soon.

Hotel was clear and staff are very friendly. Location just nearby maya mall. Nice swimming pool and lots of parking space.

Nice place, great staff, and awesome service! Everything's good, but the breakfast coffee was way too strong. They have a cool juice and snack bar, plus instant food, snacks, and local handicrafts to buy as souvenirs. I would like to commend Khun Nong, the tall gentleman with eyeglasses, for his excellent customer service and warm welcome to our restaurant guests.

Overall is good but the location is a bit far from sightseeing spots

Everything good. Good location. Cleanliness good. The staff have very nice service. A little bad smelly. And 1 more thing, when I check out, the staff ask me to wait for checking the room and they forget to inform me that all done. They let me wait so long, and when I tried to walk out, the staff saw me and informed me that my room is okay.
